Ordered 12/17/2018. As of today no shipping confirmation. Only emails stating order is processing. When you do write customer service, response if from a different company pipidress.com with no way to respond to emails. I am calling my credit card company today to have payment reversed - which the only email I received was to let me know that day of order they had charged my credit card! Scam company - false advertising!

The providers that carry Berrylook's advertising should STOP. 10 weeks and still waiting for my order, but not looking forward to receiving it, as I'm expecting it to be too small and too cheap. Hopefully new customers read these reviews before buying. I went in head first even though I usually do not shop on line, and it is because of companies like this! I have opened a report to the BBB, PayPay, and I am attempting to contact Google Adsense to stop the ads so they wont get so much traffic to this scam of a company. To any rep of berrylook.com please to not reply and unless it is in regards to a full refund. Also, I am not spending any more money to return this purchase. Ive seen the generic responses to the bad review and the last the I need in a insincere apology. I'd rather just throw them in the trash, because that's where 3 pairs of shoes I purchased belongs. My order came a little bit earlier than I thought and this is a good point why I like this online shop. The real dress I ordered is not too different from the photos I saw on the website (a little difference is, I believe, because of the different lighting from my PC).
I worried about the quality since the price is affordable, but in fact the dress quality is good. Also appreciate how safe they packed my order. Overall, it's good.

I ordered several items from this company 12/03/18 order E*******; the tracking number was invalid. I emailed customer service regarding tracking still no response. As of today; I haven't received complete order. The items which delivered are of extremely poor quality. 'Buyer beware' certainly applies here. The pretty, simple looking coat advertised finally arrived.It did not resemble the advertised product. Think of a piece of nylon, scrap, pink material, now sew the edges, hey presto! Apparently that's a chic coat. My photo makes it look way better than it is! It feels like a dog vest. It is a ridiculous idea that anyone would wear this (except a kid playing dress-ups). Of course that's the risk when buying online - there are better online clothing stores around. Well done China - you got my $45.

I ordered from this company for the first time on 11/24/18 received an email that order # E******* has been shipped but I have not received it yet. Tracking number they provides is not valid. I sent an email, came back as mail delivery failure. I tried tracking the product with shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, and even UPS and the number never works. GUYS DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It is disappointing because I loved the items that ordered and was planning to use it for Christmas but sorry not going to buy from here again.

Do Not Buy From Berrylook. Ever. Whether the management is mentally challenged, deliberately criminal or simply delusional and/or ignorant of cultural norms in the US as to how customers expect to be treated. Its total scam. Cute-enough booties arrived 3 weeks after order, the pinks ones with a broken zipper. I immediately e-mailed berrylook and they asked for photos, which I provided. They then proceeded to tell me that they do not provide return shipping, even for defectives, and that since shipping would be so expensive for me, they would store-credit $7.00 - "is that ok?" No, it was not. So, over 35 - 35! - emails later, and what seemed to be a deliberate attempt to delay me with additional run around and requests for more photos, I got PayPal involved under their Buyer Protection. Once this happened I immediately heard back from berrylook that I would receive a refund but that it might take 15 days. It took much longer and required additional e-mails from me offering to reopen my PayPal claim against them to get it. Oh, did I mention that the shoes are literally sized 1 full size smaller than described? Bottom line, scam, run around, constant polite responses refusing refunds, and after 35+ e-mails, and a PayPal dispute claim, I FINALLY got my refund 3 months after I ordered. And, the refund was only for the pink defective pair, and a black pair that had not yet shipped, and which I'd cancelled immediately when I saw how the things are sized. I did agree to take the hit on the cost of a stone-colored pair that I'd worn outside, where I discovered the sizing/cut issues. SO, at then end of this fiasco, I have no wearable booties from berrylook, but lost over $35.00 between the unwearable, unreturnable stone boots and the return shipping to their California wearhouse address (they tried to have me ship to China, but I refused). I wish I'd read 3rd party reviews (they have a few self-generated positive reviews on their site).
