I paid for an order I made June 19th and paid for the "expedited shipping" only to learn that my extra money spent would not hurry my order up any. I canceled my order the same day I made the order, but it had already hit my account and my money was gone. Since that time I have yet to see my refund and every few days I email them and get the same responses back saying they sorry for the delay, sorry for the inconvenience, give us a few more days, etc. It's August 28th and I just received yet another email saying "so sorry for the delay". I am thinking I will never get my money back and I don't know what course of action I can take...
The sellers of the store are excellent they all made it so that I could sit in the store at their convenience was super great they are very kind excellent customer service... thank you

I ordered something and send 2 items back and after half a year of contacting their customer service again and again and one excuse after another I still haven't gotten my money back and even paid quite a lot for the package back to them. Definitely will never order there ever again. This company and their management is a bad joke.

It's been over a month since I placed an order with Berrylook and I still have not received it. I got 2 notices the order had been shipped and a tracking number, but when I tried to track it, there was no order with that tracking number. I checked "My Orders" on Berrylook's website and it shows no orders placed. However, my credit card was charged for the order! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Please stay away from this website. I wish I had done my research before ordering. My items finally arrived after about 2 months and are of shocking quality, they even have a weird smell about them. One item was out of stock so they are apparently refunding me. I won't hold my breath. Worst online experience ever they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

It took 3 weeks to get my 4 tops and they were the ugliest things ever. I'm giving them to Goodwill but doubt if any shoppers at Goodwill will buy them. I didn't realize these items were coming from China. I ordered Large sizes. They are not American larges, but Chinese. Four items were too small for me and it's not worth the trouble of returning them. I should've followed my gut feeling when I first saw the website. I thought the quality and cost were too good to be true, and it was. Cheap material too.

I have corresponded so many times with the company and continue to get a standard response of apology and someone will look into it. I ordered two shoes way back in June and I only received one of the items in August 4th. I emailed a few times but they only replied once. They give a tracking number that can not be traced. Please do not order from this company as I believe this is not real store. They keep in saying out of stocks and the 7-15 days delivery is not true. It takes more than 2 months to get the order. I kind of even forget the orders already.

After I sent them an email about my order I was told they would give priority to my order but I did not wonder too much when they responded after a month that they no longer have this dress in stock and should to choose something else!

Never buy from this site and waste your money. The dresses are coming from China and are of very poor quality. The site looks as if the product is coming from USA. I purchased for 60 pound and was offered 15 pound as voucher for dissatisfaction (for which you need to pay for delivery charges again) or need to send clothes for refund. Courier costs half the price of clothes. It's a trap. I would not have ordered if I read the reviews before. Paid for my mistake.

Horrible company. Their clothes were poor quality, wrong sizing, some were even transparent. I returned all items except one and months later they have yet to refund me my money. This company is a sham... they has no record of my order numbers, the item unimpressed, even my PayPal payments until I sent all of that to them. I had to send those to them!
