Ordered and paid for my delivery on 9 4 2022. 8 have not recieved it as of 9 23 2022. Nor does the 1888 phone number work to a live representative nor can you track your drivers and get daily updates as to where your delivery is or when it will be delivered. Signed Pissed Off Customer
Ordered 3 dresses - all received were the wrong size. I returned according to their instructions. After over 3 months and more than 30 emails, I finally gave up trying to get a refund.
OMG - this stuff is crap. Not only did it take forever to receive I was very disappointed in the product.
The stuff is made out of flimsy material. I dont think it will survive the wash machine. It reminds me of tissue paper. Just what you wanted to wear - tissue paper. I am not going to try and get money back cos I would bet it aint gonna happen. Save your money.
Their clothing looks attractive online. The sizes are much smaller than American sizes, so beware! I did not keep any of the several pieces I purchased so I don't know how it holds up in the laundry. It took me quite a while to get my refund and then they did not even issue me a full refund and cut off communications with me. Plus I had to pay my own shipping back to the company. Do not recommend
Having bought an item for the first time (and certainly the last), I am dismayed to find that this unsuitable item I received had to be returned to CHINA! At considerable trouble and expense. There was no Returns form enclosed with my parcel where I could state the reason for returning the item and no local agent mentioned to deal with the matter. Buying from Berrylook.com is certainly an expensive procedure, especially if the item is unsuitable. I paid £9.00 extra for overseas posting, which was in addition to the cost of the item. Therefore, it is too risky to buy from this company when one must post the item back to China to obtain a refund. A very expensive mistake!

I ordered 3 dresses for about 98 dollars. They charged for 6 dresses, 2 dresses twice. They do not react to my emails, or anything. This is stealing.
On the website, it showed that the dresses we of good quality and the size of the dresses on the models. However, when the dresses came in, they were of poor quality and the materials were very thin. The dress lengths were much shorter than what I had ordered and it took a very long time to receive the clothes.
I bought several blouses from this website in May 2022. The quality of the fabrics was not what it looked like in the pictures and the sizes were not very accurate so I wanted a return label to send them back and get a refund. The website stated how Berrylook would handle a return once they received it but there was no information about how to get a return label for the return nor was there a link to return them on the website. So I emailed them several times over a period of a few days with no response. When I did not get any response I started a dispute through my credit card company and within hours I got an email from Berrylook saying that they would like to resolve this issue. They insisted that I would have to remove the dispute that I have started through the credit card company. Now it has been 30 days but they keep sending me the same email to remove the dispute but have not refunded the money nor sent me the return label. I am aware that once I remove the dispute then they will not refund me the money and I will not able able to dispute this a second time. It has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend that anyone purchase from this website. There are many honest businesses online and no one should have to engage with dishonesty and terrible customer service
After being emailed a tracking number, it dropped off after clearing customs in LA

I ordered a dress in the picture it's a totally different design and it even said that its chiffon but when I recieved it its nylon the size is different too I ordered 3xl but they gave me a small or a medium looking dress at this point I dont even know if I will receive my money rubbish company dont buy from this company rate this a 0 this company should be investigated
Don't buy from this site. I bought over 100 dollars of dresses. Nothing like the pictures. Everything is poorly made and had to go in the garbage. They ship from China and I emailed the company 3 times to send me info on how to return and never heard from them. Don't buy from this site you will be as sorry I am.
This company should be investigated. This is a scam. The items I ordered were of poor quality and could not fit. Tried to return and after awhile they gaVe me an address to send back items and then they would give refund. They expected me to pay to send back items to this address, then they would give back refund. Hell no. They also said I could keep items and the give me back $27. They got over $50 from me for items I had to throw away. Stay away from this company. BEWARE SCAM!
Don't buy from this site. I bought over 90 dollars of tops. I had to throw them all in the garbage. Nothing like the pictures. Flimsy fabric. Sized wrong. They ship from China. So forget about returns. Their pictures are tempting. You will be very sorry. Im mad I hot sucked into their scam.
I can never contact them to return an item. Phone busy 24/7. Cannot email or submit in their return process. It's fixed so if you're not satisfied, you cannot contact or return the product. Will never order from them again and will report the problem to the better business bureau.
This is the first time I write a review the reason is, I don't want you to order a products that's junky and not well tailored. Please just go to Ross they have a good quality clothes if you don't like it you can return fast and easy. I just put 1 star so you can see and read my comments. Nothing looked like what I ordered. I ordered an extra-large in 4 tops. One was more like a plus-size the smallest was more like a size 14 in girls. I wish I looked for reviews before I ordered anything from this place. I threw them all in the garbage. I didn't want to even waste my time sending them back. By far the worst product I have ever ordered online. I would not even give them a 1 star but I had to for the review.
