I ordered 2 dresses from this seller paid by paypal no confirmation of my orders but as i paid by paypal I didnt think its scammer yes iv done. This scammer luring you advertising perfect design and pretty garments but received just unwearable and totally rediculous things (even not want to say clothes) On advertising showing attractive style but I was so gobsmacked receiving piece of like. Door mat! I opened my dispute case on paypal finally got respond from this scammer but more shockingly my dispute amount I paid on this seller was £20.04 but showing only £2.00! I'm reclaiming and waiting for getting more response from PayPal they are saying under reviewing seeing the photos of my evidence yes anyone seeing my order will I bet swear. My all neighbours in Bath they lots worse I warned them too Below the attached orange dress I couldnt find it on ad now but you can find on their website how differences it is. On ad the orange dress looks like flowing fabric but this I received is jerge kind doll fabric and design. Awful cant wear and need to b binned after my case ends
They are cheating! Sent wrong clothes, they were not the same what I ordered on the list. Bad material, ship too long.
Quality is too cheap. What is worse is their customer service. They claim return is easy but keep making you go round and round to frustrate you to a point you stop trying and are are stuck with cheap stuff you will never use. They send email and strangely when you "reply" the reply comes back to you! It's the most unprofessional service I have ever come across in my life. Never buy from them. Cheap crooks.
I am shocked that this business is able to continue selling product. There is no way to do basic orders, inquiries or returns. I have not experienced such a fraudulent e-commerce experience... ever in fact.
I tried to contact customer service for 20 days about my order but with no reply for 8 days and then no ability to file a return in the system or through email or through the contact form. There is no way to contact them or to manage orders. I want to make sure unsuspecting customers do not also experience what I have and will be notifying as many people

Please don't order from berry look. I ordered $200 worth of clothing and they are not like the pictures on the site. They were terrible material and you can tell they had someone make the cloths similar to what we think we're buying. It's so bad! I tried to return them and they don't accept returns. Site is a lie! Please don't give this company your money!
Items cheaply made, breaks when trying on, company refuses to take the crap back, I have to pay to send back to china. Just throw your money away, you will get more pleasure.
I wish I could read the reviews before I ordered their products. They are totally scam. Received wrong size, wrong color, nasty products, when requested a return or exchange, they want you to ship to China address though the return address on package was from LA, USA. Don't order from this website.
I will not rate this site they sent me a piece of garbage dress that wasnt even close to the dress i ordered, i paid $25.81 for a dress they sent me a garbage nasty cheap dress and then say they will refund me 5 dollars. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, YOU WONT GET THE RIGHT ITEMS THEN GET THE RUN AROUND FROM THEM IN EMAILS. Puttiing the garbage dress they sent to me have a pic of one i wanted but it is too big it was a maxi dress mostly black with red flowers down the center. These guys are scammers, very poor quality merchandise. Took a few months for items to arrive. Trying to return items which don't look good and getting the run around. It's going to be a struggle to get my money back, if at all possible. Would never order from them again.

These pple are a definition of thugs really. THe clothing they advertise on their website look classy and of good quality but in actual sense they send you something so cheap looking that you either have to throw it away. I ordered something that looked like knitwear on their website but it was some cheap nylon when i received it. At one time i received a wrong dress instead of the one i ordered another time the material of things i received was so cheap and thin. I ordered four items from Berrylook. Neither of the clothing items fit. One pair of sandals were not as shown on the website. I have sent them two emails requesting return procedures. I have heard nothing. How does one go about returning items and getting a refund?
This is the worst dresses I've ever seen. I wish I had read people's reviews before I shopped at berrylook. The dresses sent to me looked nothing like what I saw online. I bought over 10 dresses thinking they would look as good as they looked online but these dresses looked nothing like these. I usually wear medium size but I ordered large to be on a safe side. None of the large sizes fit me not to talk of the medium sizes, they were all too small and not even as long as they made them look online. I even gave some of them to my 16 year-old daughter to try them on so I would not have to return them, they were still too small. My daughter weighs about 120 pounds and she's about 5 feet 6 inches, they still were too small to fit her. It's a big waste of money to buy clothing for them. I subscribed to their emails but I'm about unsubscribe, there's no point, the material of the clothes even looks too cheap. I regret buying from them. I wanted to spend about $200 on their website before I decided to spend about $100 to start with. My plan was to buy more if I was happy with the purchase but I was greatly disappointed. Total waste of money and time.
Clothing sizes are all wrong. Medium is very small, large is extra large, material is inferior and they will not give address for returns. They keep giving me the run around and not information for returns.
I ordered a dress for graduation, paid extra for 6-8 business days. 15 business days later its still in processing. No dress, no email, no tracking, not happy. Unsubscribed and will never order from Berrylook again.
