Scam, never refund my money after i canceled the order within 5 hours of the order was done. Then they start mailing me the low quality (clothing that doesn't look like the ones in photos) to me. I don't want their crappy clothes. They are there to just get your money and will not do any refunds.
Needless to say. Just look at the items ordered and what was delivered. Avoid at all costs. Order placed on 4/8/21 for over $250.7 tops (ALL GARGABE) and four yoga pants. Tops delivered mid may ( not what was displayed). Pants never sent. After so much pushing, BerryLook sent me A SINGLE PANT THE I NEVER ORDERED AND WOULD NEVER WEAR. Still pushing for my money back.
BerryLook is a scam, and the products are nothing like they appear on the website. I purchased from this site recently and did not receive the items I have ordered. Also, the quality of the material does not meet any basics and requirements; not even the number of things is the same. In a word, this is a big scam, and in reality, nothing looks like the beautiful and high-quality products they presented on the BerryLook.com website.

I made this order for my wife about 2 months ago, order received but it was the wrong color, I did email them twice and did not get any response back,, the jacket I received still in the same shipping bag that came in it.
They did not offer no refund no replacement, they did not even bother to respond.

I am pissed. I was charged an amount so much more than was originally advertised on berrylook website. I ordered 2 items ($18.38+$14.95=$33.33). The total amount I was charged by my bank is Australian $64.62 = Singapore$68.68!. I asked for clarification of the extra charge a few times and received no response. It will be my first and last purchase from berrylook. Extremely upset by the unprofessionalism.
Ok I must be honest and I have to say that I was really disappointed by the clothes I bought. This all clothes looks like plastic and it's fake too. I really don't no if I should cry or laugh for spending 100$ in this shop and get this $#*!. The pictures and the clothes itself doesn't match even a bit. These clothes are even worse than 3rd class clothes. Please I beg all of you to never buy from this website and make the same mistake like me!

It's simple fraud and robbery. I ordered something that looked nice only on the picture. The company didn't want to issue a refund and I couldn't return the product. Instead they offered 30% reimbursement and to keep the product.
I never received the refund and the dress was so cheap from so bad quality polyester that I had to threw it to the garbage.

I am no longer interested to make business with this company. So stop offering me a coupon to shop more at your company and process my refund right away. I placed an order for a Medium Classical Lapel Double Breasted Plain Swing Woolen Coat. With shipping, I was charged over $55.The shipment arrived, however the incorrect size was shipped. The outter bag was labeled Large and so was the coat. I contacted the company and advise they sent me the wrong size and air. They quickly responded and asked for photos. I sent three witch included a copy of the garment bag and the coat would still have the tags on all of which showed size large. They then offered me a $14 credit to use on their website. I told them that simply would not do and I paid well over that amount. I asked them to ship me the correct size and they could then send me a shipping label and I would be happy to return the large garment. The next offer they had was to give me an $11 refund and for me to pay to have the large garment return back to China. That is absolutely ridiculous. Since I ordered the correct size I should not have to pay to have the large coat shipped back to China. I will never order from this company again. I'm pretty sure I will never see any type of refund or see the correct size.

I spend over $160 on there website and purchased few items of clothing, the quality is bad and the size is not accurate. They will make you return the items back to China if the items don't fit. They promise to give me a voucher but back out. I am so stressed out dealing with this company... shipping the items back to china will cost me a arm and a leg, don't buy from them. Hi I gave 3 star because I order coat that was really nice coat but was to small on me so I decided to giv back I asked berry look company about refund they said ok they giv me some refund I said ok,, but after that no reply no refund pls kidnely can u solve my problems,
It took 4 weeks to receive my order, that's after I notified Paypal I never received the item. I ordered a beautiful red coat with black fur around the collar. When received, the zipper was damaged and no fur around the collar, just buttons to hold the fur which did not come with the coat. I ordered a medium and it was too small. Way too small. It was like an EXTRA SMALL.
The e-mail Paypal provided was invalid. Poor quality and poor customer service.
