Do not waste you money guys. I had a terrible experience with them. I have ordered dresses in xs size but they sent medium size dresses and also the poor quality clothes. It did not look like the one in the pictures which they portrayed in their app, totally different. Don't ever believe those pictures. So I asked them for return but they asked me to afford the return expenses. The dress costs around USD 88 but return charge costs around USD 150. Actually whose fault is this? Why should customer has to afford return cost? Worst customer care ever. I would like to give negative stars if I could. They are not even worth for one star. Lost my money:-(
This place is horrible and need to be reported they know what they doing is not right. I work to hard for my money I want a refund on these damn shoes. They not the same color and it look like nails at the bottom of the shoes and they not the right size.
I ordered in April and have been told I will get my $37.51 but have not, they said several times my refund is on its way but 7 months later nothing, now they say it has been to long so I have to take a coupon. This site is a scam and they lie and if they take your money but do not give you the purchase, is that not stealing?
I spent 104 dollars and I am almost at the 30 day mark since then and I do not even expect to get my order or a refund. Even then, so many people seem to have experienced cheap products that are falsely advertised! Can't even contact them on the website since the verification code is CLEARLY RIGGED! The codes are so obvious and ive tried all the capitol and lowercases each time. After a 100 times of failing it I quit to write this review. Poor quality of shoes, you can smell the glue. I have ordered two pairs of boot and they are nothing like on the picture, I am very disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

I tried to immediatley cancel my order within 1 hour of ordering. Can't get through to anyone. Websites for customer service go to a blank domain. I called my credit card company and reported it as a fraudulent charge. I have to wait for the transaction to process before I can dispute the charge. Could take months to get my money back.
Bought a few items here.One was a long trench coat. When I received it I thought it was a joke.The material is like scrubs at a hospital.The length was no where near a trench coat would be.And the sleeves are so short.And on top of that it came torn. Contacted business and after sending a picture they come back and give me a return address I can send it back at my expense and then after they examine it they will decide about a refund.If you want good customer service and quality clothing pass this shop by. I ordered a coat and it's been 2 weeks and I still have not received my purchase. No customer service no one has replied to my email. I have no idea if I will ever receive my coat at all. I will NEVER order from this site again
The quality of their clothes is poor, nothing to do with the pictures shown. Also I have the experience of not having orders arrived and they don't take any responsibility for it or provide refunds. I fell for their prices, but their products are not even worth them, especially if you don't even receive what you order.
Do not bother with this company. They are there to take peoples money, that s all. I have ordered 4 items and paid $119 got 1 item and the rest never arrived. After many tries, they told me, I have received it. Pay pal couldn t help me too.
Beware. I ordered boot size 6 & got a pair that was a very large size that I could have skied from them. I worst experience EVER. Then they ask you to send back to China for a refund. Well the shipping will cost more than the item so basically you are screwed one way or another. BTW the boots looked cheap. Lesson learned. Will NEVER buy from this company for sure & no other out of USA companies. NEVER!
The clothes are of very poor quality you would be better off going to goodwill, and trying to return your items is a night mare you will not see your money back! This company needs to be shut down and put out of business I plan to get ahold of the better business bureau and I am not the first that they have received poor ratings!
This company literally mailed me a shirt with a large hole in it. They had me send pictures as "proof" then said I would have to pay for the returning shipping to China. Is this a joke? I have to pay for the damaged item they sent? Never in my entire life have I encountered such a thing. The absolute worst possible company. I am making it my goal to tell everyone I can not to ever purchase from this joke of a "company."
In all my years I've never tried to do business with a company so dishonest. I've contacted the BBB and have at least 25 e-mails with empty promises. I recommend to stay as far away as you can. They rate a -10. Paula
They don't have a customer service phone number for a reason. The timeframe to deliver the order is a complete lie I purchased 3 dresses on April 04th, is currently Oct 07th and nothing... every time I ask for the orders via email, they say the two dresses are on "its way" and one is "in process" At first they told that order had a delay cause they don't do it often, and now they gave a new excuse saying it was a Pre-order. Like if people don't know the difference between a pre-order an a purchase. Cloth looks great in pictures, but you will probably never know how it looks in person, total rip off, DO NOT BUY THERE is not worth it
Bought 4 shirts that seemed nice. The clothes was like plastic. I've never seen clothes this bad. I tried to return and now after 50 + e-mails I finally get the shipping address - the shipping would cost over 60$ to send from Winnipeg (Canada) to China. So disappointed in this company.
I just placed a large order online but did not receive any email confirmation.or receipt. Cannot reach them by email, and the contact section doesnt work. I tried to enter a dozen capcha codes to send the message but it won't go through. Did I get ripped off.
