These clothes are of such poor quality that I threw them in the trash rather than donating them. The only item that I wore was a sweater that pilled so badly after the first wearing that I tossed it also. Extremely small sizing too. Don't waste your time or money with these clothes. Cheap prices but you get what you pay for.
I ordered dress from this online shop and got email about confirmation. They say they'll send 7-15 busness days and send automatically email about shipping information but didn't get any email after 15 days I emailed them. They said Sorry, already sent orders but for some reason didn't send shipping information. They gave me tracking number after I asked. So, I said ok. And I tried to track my package but it was too late UPS returned to sender that package. I emailed them about situation, asked resend my order. But they wanted me to pay for shipping. Excuse me it is they are falt they didn't have me any information about shipping I couldn't get my order because of them. And I asked my my back they said they can't. Since that day I tried to contact with them keep emailing but they are NOT REPLY.
I ordered a jacket from Berrylook, looked lovely on website but received a very cheap looking garment, nothing like one displayed. No return address available so emailed them numerous times but never got any replies. Stay away.
First and foremost the quality of the clothes wasn't great. The sizes are absolute nonsense; how can a size L fit me on one top and a size XXXL on another? Surely there should be some regulated standard. I decided to return two tops and couldn't figure out how to do this since no information is given on the website. I then contacted Berrylook for some help, explicity stating "would like a return NOT exchange" providing my order number and everything. They purposely procrastinated such that my concern would become irrelavant and I would not be able to return the clothes. The bureaucracy was ridiculous and intentional. I eventually gave up and am now stuff with four horrible tops. I'm not one to bash a company for no reason but the craftiness has angered me. Even if they had helped me with a smooth return I would be much happier.
I bought the flowery chiffon blouse absolutely rubbish has all come away under the arms unwearable, NEVER AGAIN
If I could give a minus rating I would do no order thru them the maxi dress I ordered was not a maxi dress matter of fact it was nothing like the dress I ordered wen I contacted customer support sent photos got no help and no refund do not waste your time or money
I ordered some leather sandals for my wife and when we opened the package we broke out laughing. They weren't leather but vinyl, the stitching was falling apart, the bed sole was peeling up. This is seriously one of the worst products I have ever received from an online order. Avoid this outlet at all costs, we just threw $40 in the garbage.
I received my multiple of items within a timely fashion given the world we are living in at the moment. The pictures they use to advertise the garments on their website are nothing like the actual garment you receive. I am wanting to return the items but they have refused to tell me their address so I can return them instead they are wanting pictures of the individual items hanging & from different angles. This fulfills no purpose as they can see what ive ordered and the date that Ive recieved my items the are brand new with tags on. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS WEBSITE TOO ANYONE AS IT IS VERY UN HELPFUL IN RETURNING OF THEIR PRODUCTS
Don't bother with this company. Firstly they lost the order. Wanted proof from me that I purchased. Received it two & half months later. The item was rubbish worth $5 at best NOT $55. Should have read the reviews... over 1,000 BAD REVIEWS. STAY AWAY!
Thank God i only spent 45.00. When I received my 2 shirts. They looked like a teenager sewed them. I absolutely can not believe they sent me this crap! They want to refund me only 17.00 or me mail.the items back at my own expense. Which I went today and it is 152.00! From Tennessee to China. They pretend to be a US company. They are not... Beware
I am now 64 emails in 15 months to Berrylook trying to get my refund for 3 dresses - sizes are tiny 2XL = Small - very poor quality - dont return items they will get lost in post? I agreed to 50% refund then a 35% refund then got nothing - then they offered a coupon but I then have to pay postage - but still nothing - every email is from a different name / person - company behaviour has been unscrupulous, underhanded, dishonest, unprincipled, immoral, deceitful, unethical, false-hearted, disreputable, dishonourable, crooked, shady, dodgy, shonky and not behaving according to what is morally right and fair.

Consider reporting them to Federal Trade Commission so they can start an investigation in this co isn't and hopefully ban the sales they are currently able to make to consumers like us.
I ordered clothes for an extended overseas trip and before I ever ordered i asked to ensure that expedited shipping would have the items to me before I left for the trip. They responded saying if it took longer than 15 I would be refunded. ( see email in picture). So I paid the exorbitant $60 shipping fee (on $100 worth of clothes) and wouldn't you know it, it indeed took too long to arrive and I couldn't take them with me on my trip. So, I asked for the refund for the shipping as promised- they refused. You. I investigation on my end, I found out they were shipped standard service not expedited and they pocketed the money for the service. NOT OKAY!
Moreover, of the 4 items I ordered, I only received 2 of them. The other two items never arrived even though Berrylook Insists all 4 items were delivered. The two items I did receive were a joke, one of them literally had no seams on the end of the sleeves, neckline or waistline. It was just straight cut material. What. The. Actual. F@$k?
All of these things seriously ticked me off, but none of them half as infuriating as trying to get in contact with them. They online contact form doesn't actually work (Deliberately, I suspect) and the emails I received back just parrot the same generic BS over and over. They just keep sending tacking information and never bother to read what I actual say in the email. What's even worse is you can't email with the same person, so every time you try and respond to the last email a new person responds having no idea what is going on!
At this point it's now become what my husband refers to as "the Berrylook thing". Everyday, I now compose and email requesting the please resolve the issue. I have sent 87 emails to them and it appears they are obligated to always reply, even if it's a generic (very poorly translated) response... usually blaming the post office.
I included a couple of the emails below; including the one where they tell me they can refund the money if it takes more than 15 days. Also the one where they ask me to send documented proof I did not receive my parcel by taking a picture including the stamp from the post office?!?! How so that even possible?
Please save your money for ANY other company, and if you already had a similar experience to what I wrote above. PLEASE REPORT THEM so they can be shut down.

Order took over 2 months to arrive. Items cheap looking and don't fit. Overcharged! They deny overcharging even though it's in black & white. Taking legal action. No option above to put zero star.
Received order and was totally disappointed. The colours were different, the quality was far fetched (nothing like what the pictures show) and the worst thing was that they did not have a single label on them. Looked like made at home cardigans... Very very disappointed!

I order 4 tops paid for express shipment. Didn't get them till 6weeks later and that was only one of them. Got the rest 3weeks later. Asked for refund. They told me no. Told them I want to cancel my order refund me. They more or less would not return any money. For shipping or told so when I got the tops all to small In the front don't order from them it's a waste of time and your money.
I ordered a cool smart Bluetooth bracelet from them. They sent me a cheap rubber bracelet. I emailed them about it and they sent me a reply stating they are advertising the Bluetooth bracelet... but they don't actually have it! Then they offered me 10% off my next order! As if!

I purchased 2 blouses, spent $50.00 it took a month to receive. I ordered a 2X and the size was more like a medium, the quality of the fabric was extremely cheap and see through thin. So disappointed.
The most hilarious part of this company is that it is trying to sell it's product in UK and has the sizes of China. If you order medium size; the dresses you get will be of small size. The material looks ok but what's the use if it doesn't fits, it is still useless. Returning the product is a nightmare with this company as they are not UK based. Total waste of money.
