I would give zero stars if possible! The items I ordered took months to come in... apparently because they're coming from China. The items were of poor quality (reminds me of super cheap flip flops... the kind that could break in half) and looked nothing like the website advertised! Unless you're willing to pay for return shipping to China, you may as well forget about getting a full refund! My original order was $169, but I ended up settling for a $34 refund. Ugh! Stay far away from this company!
THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AT REFUNDS. FIRST THERE IS NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE, NO ADDRESS TO INDICATE WHERE TO RETURN ITEMS. ALSO, THE LINK TO CONNECT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER WORKS. ULTIMATELY, I RETURNED MY CLOTHING TO A WAREHOUSE ON THE PACKAGE IT CAME IN ASSUMING THEY WOULD GET IT TO THE RIGHT PLACE AND APPARENTLY I WAS HORRIBLY WRONG. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN FIND THE SAME CLOTHES OR BETTER WITH AMAZON AND ALWAYS GET YOUR REFUNDS AND RETURNS ARE EASY!
I ordered 4 tops at the end of June, one arrived Friday 14th August, no sign of the other three. Will not be using these again
I ordered 4 dress the first week of of July and they came in August. When they finally did come after 10 email's of asking where my order is all of the dress were small. I tried reaching out via email again but this time they are not responsive and you can't return them. So i lost my money and have no dresses. Do not order from here. Its a terrible site.
I place an order in April received part of items in May, received email from Berrylook in July that items no longer available. They gave me option of refund but have not received it as of yet. Also the merchandise is cheap with thread unraveling, poor quality, discolored fabric. This company needs to be closed down!
Every prior review is absolutely correct. I ordered 5 blouses. It took 3 weeks to come and the quality was horrific! Cheap polyester, nothing like the picture and nothing fit!. Size medium is the equivalent to XS with this company. If it seems too good to be true, it is! I'm donating my order to charity and took a $95 loss. Wish I saw the reviews first. The pictures of the clothes look amazing, but don't be fooled.

I bought 8 different pieces in style and they gave me 7 pieces only, what's more 2 are the same. I couldn't have them until 22days later, but they promised me to get them in 7-12days. What the worst is that they are not like the pictures in the advertisements on berrylook.com. They look totally different, the materials, the designs and the quality are awful. I looked at them and took out some and they disappointed me so much that I even did not want to see the rest of them, not to mention to try them on. I wanted to return them and get refunds right away.
Found this company online. I wanted some new Summer clothes. Placed a good sized order on June 5. Followed up on my order not received countless times only to end up putting in a claim with PayPal on July 11th. The product finally arrived on July 25! The unopened plastic wrapped so called clothing was actually moist/wet to the touch, the so called fabric is like paper or something not fabric. Its nothing like described or pictured online. These are not cheap items I expected better.
The package was addressed from some guy's name in CA, I've requested a return address for the company several times and they will not give it to me. All of my order was not even shipped, no refund back on those products either.
Finally placed a claim to dispute thru my bank card. I absolutely DO NOT want this crappy product and want my refund! Lousy company, Lousy products!
I ordered what was supposed to be a new pair of shoes from this company. It took weeks to get them and when they finally came, they were dirty on the bottoms and soiled on the inside of one of the shoes. I contacted the company immediately requesting a refund and was told they do not pay to ship back to them and I would be responsible for the shipping. This after I paid $10 in shipping just to get them here. They offered me $5.00 back, then $7.00 and finally $8.00. I refused all their pitiful bids and told them I wanted a full refund and if they wanted the shoes back, they'd have to send me a pre-paid return label. Needless to say, I paid for them with paypal, who was just as useless at helping me and sided with them, saying that I needed to provide a tracking number to get my full refund. So I'm out $20 and this lowlife company continues to rip people off on the internet. I wish I'd looked at the reviews before trusting them. They are the worst online company I've ever dealt with. I've never know any company to send you defective merchandise and not offer to make good on it. Do not waste your money. I wouldn't give this company even 1 star if the site wasn't making me. The photos of their products are NOT what you'll receive.
Don't buy from here. If you want to do a return. They make you keep your purchase n give you 60%off your next purchase. Sizes run small.

All I can say is DO NOT waste your time and energy with this company. It is a total scam. I purchased boots from them and what I received was a poorly and cheaply made replica and not whatsoever the boots on the website image. After contacting them many times I referred back to paypal and opened a case file. Paypal informed me that they would give me a full refund if I sent the items back at my own cost. I did so and after buying them for $62, paid $40 return shipping.(at this point it was principal motivated) This was a month ago and the package shows as delivered on the 16th of July 2020 and they just keep asking me for the tracking info via paypal.
Its really frustrating and a bit of a cruel joke at this point. Just DONT DO IT!
I have sent the tracking info multiple times and images of the receipt and tracked parcel that shows "delivered" and still dont have my refund.

I ordered three shirts on March 22,2020. My credit card was charged March 22,2020. Today is August 1 and I just received the second two shirts of my order. The first shirt came in in July but the side seams were not sewn at all. I wrote to the company they said take a picture of it and send him the picture I did, no response. I have contacted them repeatedly to find out where my order is and they keep telling me that it was special order so it would take longer. Now August 1, I received the second two tops. One looks like it's fine. The other one is about a size small to medium, and I ordered a 3X. Do not buy from this company! The quality is shoddy the customer service is nonexistent and the delivery time is ridiculous. Buyer beware!

It is now July 30th and I still have no shoes, I've sent emails asking for shipping updates about six times and six different people have answered with the same old tired information and nothing new. I get the same shipping info with each new email that shows in China on 06/30 but then in Brooklyn NY on 06/26 - somehow that's not how my calendar works but who knows - the important thing is, they won't open a lost ticket, PayPal told me I have to ask for a refund before I can ask for a refund from PayPal - I didn't use PayPal, that's the vendors choice - so basically 6 weeks after ordering and PAYING FOR shoes, I have no shoes and it appears no recourse - I will never again shop with Berrylook - if there had been a minus zero rating I would have given that. Could have purchased a HOUSE in less time - worst customer service in the history of the world!
Avoid the site at all cost. Items took 2 months to arrive. None the items fit. Whatever conversion table they are using does not correspond to US sizes. That was only the beginning of the nightmare. Like other customers, having a root canal without nova cane is less painful than dealing with their customer service department. Lesson learned do not order anything online that is coming from China.
I bought 6 dresses! The worst regret in my life! The parcels arrived after more than 3 months! The dresses don't look anything lile the pictures! They are just cheap clothes from China! The sizes table is incorrect. The material of the dresses are not the same as decribed in the site and they are so see through, only fit to be used nighties. I couldnt bring myself out of the houses, wearing all those thrash. Such a waste of money. I regret I didnt look for the site's review first. Pls never shop at this site!
