DO NOT BUY! Unwearable! Worst quality ever. I'm not even gonna try returns to avoid further nightmare. But you can prevent it!
I ordered the clothing and should of read reviews before ordering. They were all very thin and too small. I got in touch told them I wanted to return items but they want you to keep the items reorder a different size and pay 60% for your new order. I do not want and will never order clothing on line again. Good luck in getting the address. I asked them twice. Never mentioned a word. My package had two addresses. One from Markham and the other from Mississauga. Do not buy.
I received the item and it was damaged. It was clearly a Reject item. It is impossible to get a refund from this company. Their customer service send the same cut and paste message when you try to get a refund. The shipping cost to return the item is the same as the purchase price of the item. They are most unhelpful.

Ordered in early May, almost August now and still waiting. Contacted customer service and twice to be told is has shipped. At this point, I'm doubtful. Wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. Might as well have thrown my $50.00 out a window. DO NOT buy from this site. Total scam artists...
I really hoped I would be able to write a decent review as I have previously ordered from another online site that had equally bad reviews, however with the other site I was pleasantly surprised and got T-shirts I absolutely love! Berrylook on the other hand has lived up to its expectations and the 2 tops I received where so cheaply made, a very thin polyester which definitely was not worth the price!
Sorry Berrylook but seeing all the reviews and my own experience tells me that you obviously are a scam site!

Delivery took forever which I paid for, horrible tops, cheap, see through fabric, Their customer help email does not work my numerous emails returned. They used my personal email address only and always.
They offered me half of what I paid and to keep the 2 tops, I refused, they then sent a chinese address for return which they said I would need to pay for,
I can't return them myself as I need to declare the export/ import value, I don't want my name connected with theirs on such a document as their customs and excise declaration incoming was declared at less than one quarter of what I had paid to them...
Don't shop with this company, they are not honest and the clothes are poor quality!...
I'm very disappointed with this company. Took forever to get the clothing I ordered and many of the items look nothing like what is advertised on their website. Took forever to get all the items delivered as well. Do not buy from them unless you want to take the risk of being sorely disappointed.
Do Not Order From this company. The sizes are not correct. All the measurements stated on the site are not correct at all. They respond to the emails but offer me a credit of $20.00 for $100.00 CDN to use to order more items that are not the correct size.
After 2 months I have received my orders and I am still in shocked. It is not fair. All clothes are nylon and don't fit the same color like on webPage. In addition when you want to return you Will be able to refund half of costs. Do not shopping on Berrylook. Packing is so bad.

I would give no star but is not possible. My story starts when I order back in January 2020 and by June I got just partial order. While I know that are difficult times with COVID and all still just because of these they should be more attentive. I cancelled the last item and ask for a kind of reimbursement because the other 2 items were wronged sized, low quality and far from the website picture. Now I am in August and still battling for my refunds. They don't want to give the money back for the item cancelled just offer a coupon. No word for the coupon for the other 2 items that I cannot use at all for anything. Mind you, initially they offer a refund and a coupon but now I am just getting running around because of course, money are already in their hands. STAY AWAY from this company and all its sister companies!
The dress was a piece of trash and costumer service stoped answering when I asked for return address.

I ordered 4 blouses from BerryLook.com, a company based in Hong Kong. I only received 3 of the 4 items in size 3x. I couldn't get them over my head, they were that small. Also, the fabric was very flimsy. So far, they have refused to take them back and refund me. I wish I had checked out this company before I placed an online order. I would have seen they have had many complaints through the BBB. I certainly wouldn't have done business with them
I ordered 2 dresses more than 4 months ago and I still haven't received them. They were paid, but no dresses. I have emailed them, but no response.
I would never order from this company again, I ordered a coat during February it was not true to size so I promptly returned it first class post at my expense. I am still awaiting a refund! I have provided photographic evidence to the company but nothing except gushy, sarcastic emails say they cannot find the coat. I am now £40 down. There was a label in the package when I received it which was the address I returned to, apparently it cannot be found. Please be very careful.
Trying this company was a mistake I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and emailed costomer service severak times about the status of the devliery. The shipping I paid for indicated that my order would arrive before 14 days and it has been well over a month and some change still have not recived my order. I will be asking for a refund. When customer service responds they just ask me to keep waiting and have not offered any esitmate of my delivery. Terrible. What's the point in ordering somethng you need and you dont get it by the date you need it.
The quality and size of the linen shift dress was terrible would not recommend will use as tea cloth

I am at day 22 after I submitted and paid for my order. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE as they ignore e-mails requesting an update. I have yet to receive an e-mail with a tracking number, they promised to ship within 3 to 7 days! I am not sure where they are located as there is no address, so I assume they are based in China or some country that is not close to the US. I have no idea when I will receive my order and doubt that the clothes is as good as the pictures on their website. DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER FROM THEM!
