Terrible customer service. When I placed my order I paid extra for express shipping. Well that time has come and gone and still no order. After numerous times trying to reach someone I finally received an email denying my refund for the express shipping.

I ordered 4 blouses. One fit; the others were made for a child that perhaps went to sewing class. I did not bother to return the items because it took 2 weeks just to receive them. I love the pictures of their clothes, but I would not purchase again. I wouldn't even donate these items they are so poorly made.
Please! Please! DON'T BUY, I beg you please do NOT waste your time on any product on this site. It is fraud, the pictures look good on the website but they do not sell what you see on the website. They make cheap rubbish quality products, nothing left me what you see on the website. And you will never get your money back. Goods are posted from China so expect the worst of the worst.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing from this company. The quality of their clothing is insanely poor and when you try to send it back for a refund they just want to credit you $10 and tell you to "gift" this crap to someone else. I will never, ever order from them again.
I ordered 6 shirts., over $100 over a month ago and NO MERCHANDISE has been sent., when I went to track it per their 17track all in one package tracking, it was vague, and no information worth a crap. I decided to report the fraud sale to my credit card company and get a refund through them, because they would NOT give me a refund through Berrylook.com. Oh, also, they are going by ORDERPLUS, not berrylook on my chargecard? BUYER BEWARE! UPDATE: I cancelled my complaint as requested by Berrylook, they told me to SHIP the shirts back to CHINA at MY COST, and that maybe I would get a 100% refund after their team of 'professionals' inspected the garments and only IF the garments were returned within 30 days of receipt. So fruck you, Berrylook!

Ordered 5 dress and it took 2 months to send me dresses. The dress is not that great quality. No proper customer service. Very poor quality Merchandise. Request not buy. Big fake company
I received my order almost 3 weeks after I had ordered it. The quality of the fabric and design cut was very poor. Some items were at least 2 sizes smaller than they were marked. A 'Large' size shirt was a 'Small' at best.
It took over two months to get my order... cheap crap... now you don't response to my request to return product... you're a thief... flat out thief!

I ordered 2 ladies blouses, when they FINALLY arrived 1 1/2 months later they were at least 2 sizes too small and very thin quality. I will NEVER order from them again. Have emailed to request information on how to return the items & get a refund and have received no response! Stay away from anything that comes from this website! Extremely disappointing experience.
I bought 5 ladies' tops from this company for $88.00. They were all way too small, by a size or two. I emailed back and forth with them for a month, explaining the problem and requesting a refund (their site promises refunds and exchanges). I asked them FIVE TIMES for the address to send the return to. They ignored the question. First they offered me a $21 voucher towards new merchandise. Then they offered to send me larger sizes of the items I had ordered at a 40% discount on the price... they considered that an "exchange"! Finally they offered me an $18 refund. I told them that an $18 refund on an $88 order was outrageous! And I promised them a bad review from me. I would also add that all of the tops were cheap-looking. Stay away.
The quality of these garments is non existent. They look nothing like the photos and the sizing is way off. You wait a very long time to receive clothing that doesn't even have care instructions, probably because you won't wear them.
My bank account was debited two days after I ordered from this company. Unfortunately my order E******* still hasn't arrived. It has now been over two months. I wish I would have seen all these reviews before I had ordered. Luck for me however I work in fraud and risk management so this is not over. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission on BerryLook.
I bought a dress that was too small, and I have been emailing them back-and-forth a dozen times because instead of giving me a refund for returning the dress they keep offering me stupid deals like six dollars back plus a coupon. Clothing does not fit true to size, runs about two sizes too small, and you can't return it, so don't buy stuff from here.
