Do NOT buy off this website, absolute scam artists... order doesn't arrive for months & then completely different size, colour & style... absolutely no after sale service only offering a voucher, as if you would want to order more rags off this website. Stay well clear & keep your money. Impossible to get s refund as by their own admission too expensive to return.
Not a company you want to do business with or you're bound to be disappointed. Clothing quality is poor. Clothing is not what it appears to be online (nothing looks like it is online). Takes forever to arrive. Clothing is not the fabric stated. Returns don't exist, basically, and communication is by email, terrible English, and offers no help for returns but to "buy the item again"?. It's a scam. Stay Away.

This website has the appearance of an American company, but it's origin is China. I placed an order on May 4,2020, and have yet to receive the item, and it is now July 2,2020. I have gone to paypal resolution center, where they posted it was in route to my city check back in 1-2 days, also check the carrier, which is USPS, they have no idea where the package, they have not received it... Ordered black bow slippers from this trash site on March 27th its now june 30th with no order received, and they have the audacity to fricking E- Mail me about some new things they have. Not wasting another dime with this SHAM OF A COMPANY!

I purchased 2 pair of sneakers that I never got and also 2 shirts and did not receive until I filed a fraud complaint with my cc company, then I received 2 pieces of material that were complete junk material never in my life would I consider these tops, and still no shoes. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company and it took over 2 months to get this junk! And they never responded until my cc company got involved. Buyer Beware!

I ordered many shoes online from Berrylook. I received my purchases almost 2 months after I ordered and they had already billed my bank account at the time of my order. Received my merchandise and it was very cheaply made so I have tried to return and they will not give me the return address where I can return and they want to give me a 51 dollar voucher and 48 dollar refund. I ordered over 216.00 dollars worth of shoes. Please do not order from Berrylook they will take your money and not give you the fair refund.
Wish I had seen these reviews before my order. 2 blouses I ordered did not fit and looked nothing like the picture on the website. One was also duplicated (they sent and charged me for 2). I have been getting nothing but a runaround trying to return the items. No return address anywhere. Emails to customer service are futile. They keep offering me vouchers for future purchases and 'partial' refunds $17 and $21 respectively on a $70 order. Do not order from this company.
I looked up an address for the company before ordering to make sure it wouldn't take 3 months to get and be 3x too small. It showed a US mailing address. It is not. It took 3 months to get the shirt. I ordered a size up from my normal size. The shirt wouldn't fit a 3rd grade girl. Save your time, money and frustration. Don't buy anything from them.
I bought 5 shirts in sizes 1 - 2 times larger than my normal size from this company. It took about a month to get here and I was totally disappointed. The patterns were nothing like the pictures. The sizes were so small I couldn't get my arm in the sleeves on 2 or pull one over my chest and one wouldn't go past my waist. The T-shirt looked like a childs shirt. When I tried to verify the return address for California they said they would refund me $40.00 and I could keep the shirts. Again I emailed for the address verification in California and they offered me 52.00 and keep the shirts. I finally insisted I wanted a refund and they told me I had 30 days from the date of delivery and gave me a long address in China and that I can not use any expedited mailing delivery, like UPS, DHL, etc. In other words to bad, we stole your money.
I bought my tops a month and and half ago. Still haven't received my tops didn't received any emails or anything saying what was happening. I understand with Covid things are delayed. But not getting a email or an explanation. Sigh... isn't happy. Cynthia
