I ordered 3 items. One item was delivered correctly.
One item was not at all as described. It was very different from the picture and description. One item was not received at all. I have been emailing with customer service but was only offered a $12 coupon. Do not do business with this company.
I tried enclosing a picture for this review, not sure if it worked.

Ordered what was supposed to be a wedding dress from Berrylook. The price was low, so I thought that if it didn't work out for the wedding I could just use it as a regular dress. It took forever to arrive. I had to contact the site twice. When it came the return address on the package was actually the address of some convenience store in Alabama. The dress is made out of some cheap jersey material and is not nice enough to wear as a regular dress. Might use it for a Halloween costume. Don't buy from Berrylook.

Items purchased were much smaller than advertised on the website.
Jerome, AngelitoGio, Michelle L keep offering me partial refunds or voucher.
I asked for a return address at least four times and they never provided it.
This is what I got from them:
"Were sad to hear that you're not satisfied on the previous offer which is $22 voucher. How about $19 partial refund back to original form of payment and you can keep the item you have received."

Why would I want to keep the items I received if they are 3 times smaller then what I need?

I paid for the purchase through PayPal and filed a complaint. Here is what I got:
"We are offering you 31$ (50%) partial refund as compensation.
Upon checking on our system, you have a Paypal complain.
In order for us to address and process your request, please close the dispute first."

Super frustrating. Never buy from them. They are stilling money.

Very frustrating. I'm disappointed that I didn't read reviews of berrylook.com before ordering from them. It is fraudulent company. Beware.

You WILL get a phone call from *******005, STAY AWAY! THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR CONTROL OF YOUR COMPUTER AND WITHIN 30 MINUTES YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL MAKE PURCHASES IN MINNESOTA AND ARKANSAS!
THE LYING SCUMBAG SAYS HE WAS CREDITING MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT... INSTEAD HE MADE THREE $47 CHARGES AT THE SAME TIME.

I placed an order on 5/28/20 and was told it would be shipped out within 3-7 days. Still have not received order and the emails and FB messages have gone unanswered. Now I'm seeing all of the bad reviews here and on FB. Apparently I've been scammed

They don't even deserve one star! Ordered in March, received part of order in mid April, told remaining was on the way. First week of May received final pair of shoes, wanted to return all of them together, none of them even looked like the color, or fit correctly. Had a sting of emails going from first of May through now... June 16th. They can't seem to give me an address to make the return. I even shipped back to the return address on the order, THEY Refused them and sent them back, on my dime of course. What a waste of time and money. I have learned my lesson, I give up! I will donate them. They are a very fraudulent company, don't do business with them.

I ordered a skater dress and one off shoulder black dress. From what I saw from their website (specially the skater dress) it is very different from what I received. Not even close to my expectation. The materials used are so cheap. The cut is also very different. It is way too expensive for these kinds of cheap materials. This shop is deceiving the customers. I can not wear these dresses in the office nor on any events because the dresses look so cheap. You can just wear them inside your house or when you go to the wet market. So don't bother to buy from this shop if you intend to wear the dress in the office or in any events. It is truly disappointing.
