Ordered 2 shirts on May 10th,, said they were sent and added tracking #. For the last 23 days shows that it is in Jamaica New York. Can not get any response to my E Mails, My card has been charged, so they got the money, and here I sit... still waiting. I will NEVER order again online from these types of companies. My order number is E******* this is the worries online company that I had evere shop from, 1st of all there is no one to talk to or contact you back I sent a chat and no response I sent email no response but they took my money it been 3 week sent I order I work hard for my money they show picture but poor service please if there anyone working for this company I have know photo but I do have my order and it this my order was paid for (E*******)
Delivery took over 4 weeks ( acknowledgement of pandemic) material on one top stated it was cotton on website but was actually some man made highly static fabric. Very cheap and nasty looking. Another top was completely different colours to picture on web site and again cheap fabric and no shape. Did have a jacket which I was happy with. Looked at terms for returns which states sales stock not returnable, as all items advertised as reduced didn't attempt to return. Put it down to experience.
I ordered a pair of shoes weeks ago and paid for them, still don't have them. I can't find a phone number to call about them...
The first time I enquired about my order, I received no reply. Now I have a confusing communication. It says shirt was delivered to a local courier in Los Angeles and I should go to post office to pick up package? I am in Flagstaff Az. I feel I will not see my money or the shirt and I feel frauded.
The products they deliver are nowhere even near the pictures they advertise on their website. Shipping takes forever (my item took over a month to arrive), and attempting to return the items requires more work and submission of "evidence" for their "investigation" than the product even merits.
I ordered my item since January 24 and still have not received anything. I tried emailing customer device and each time was told item was shipped and is on its way, well no item today is June 10,2020. I have used similar Wes sites like chic me and don't get me wrong quality is not good but at least I got my items. So I will say do not use berrylook as you run the risk of not receiving anything.
I am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. I placed an order on 5/29/20 and paid $27.58 for express shipping. It is now 6/8/20 and I still have not received my items. I have tried tracking delivery on website but the information is in a foreign language, so I have no information on when or if my package has even been mailed out! I sent 3 emails to which I received a response that I would hear from someone in 1-2 days and I have not heard from anyone yet! I called today and spent 3 hours on hold listening to the same instrumental repeatedly with an intermittent message that my call is important and will be answered in the order it was received. I am requesting that my banking institution refund my money because I have not yet received my items and I cannot get in touch with any company representative.
Berrylook is a big rip off to the consumer. They lack communication, customer service in addition to me not receiving my order (placed April 28,2020 and today is June 8,2020). They've taken my money and I have not received any further communcation from them regarding my order and I still have not received my order. I will be filing legal claims against this company with the courts as well as the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE CONSUMERS, THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER THE GOODS! STAY AWAY, STAY VERY FAR AWAY!
Order took forever to arrive. When I opened both packages that were a total of 4 blouses I was very disappointed at the quality of the material. I will not purchase anything else.
I purchased a pair of boots and this company took my money 2/12/2020. It is now 6/7/2020 and I still don't have my purchase! The bogus tracking information they sent me when I first complained doesn't show what company is transporting it or where it even is at this time! Also, their policy is that I can't cancel it or get a refund until I receive it! Don't waste your money or your time on this joke of a business!
Received 2 of the 5 blouses i ordered. Still waiting on the other 3. It has been a month and a half.
I am dissatisfied with the quality and also what I expected I have requested a refund but every time I write an emailed request the return label the webpage asks to enter a code which seems to not be working every time I enter it... I have tried for over three weeks now and still no luck. There is no contact details to contact the supplier! I would appreciate it if I could have my money back please

I do not give reviews because I feel bad for the business owners but I have to this time. I have to warn others. I wished I read the reviews first before buying. Do not be deceived by the pictures. Do not waste your money. Almost a scam, pictures and actual dresses are entirely different. The materials are beyond cheap. The prices seemed to be good to be true. You wont be saving money, you will actually be wasting your money,
I waited for a long time and here it is. I am disappointed with the quality of the products. I am sorry to have worst experience in online purchasing. I don't recommend this site to any one.
Bought two shirts from them. When they arrived one was not as described but I liked the other so I made an additional order and initiate returns for the shirt that was not as described... the shirt I was returning was described ad lose fit but it was very tiny (and I am a size 8 so more suitable for my daughter than for me:-)). The company offered me a voucher for half the price of the shirt or return the item to China at my own expense. So I decided to cancel my second order. When I requested the cancellation of that second order the company replied advising they have "paused" the order and asking whether they could do something to change my mind. I replied asking for a refund... a week later and despite my emails I have not heard back from them!
The clothing appears cotton on website but when receiving items it was like wearing a cheap shower curtain! False advertising, cheap material and runs small. Horrible!
They lie about the timing. They won't be honest about tracking info. Didn't know that my order was coming from Hong Kong

They will not give you return address if you want to return the item for the refund.
They say that their warehouse is temporarily closed. That's why you cannot send the item back. But they are still selling... So how the warehouse can be closed? It is illogical.
It is ridiculous. The most deceiving company that I had ever to do with.

I had months of trouble getting my merchandise they charge me many months b4 shipping. And when I received them the order was incorrect and the material was not what they said it would be... just cheap silk material... and sent me the same 2 blouses... i ordered a white and blue. Terrible material and not what they claimed to be. Dont order from Hong Kong.
