I ordered 2 dresses in early january. Got one dress in early February. My order said it was a partial, so no big deal. I expected my second dress would come in. Then Covid hit the world. I sent a message in late March asking when I could expect my second dress. Website says they reply usually within 48 hours. No reply. I send another message in early April asking for an update on the dress or a partial refund. No reply. 2 weeks later send another message asking for a partial refund. No reply. I know there is a pandemic going on, but now it is May 30th and I'm being ghosted. I just feel like I have been very patient and maybe it's time to go to my credit card company.

I was going to order boots & shoes. Adorable in pictures. I am a smart consumer and I always read reviews from company purchased I'm not familiar with. So I scrolled the reviews on the items I was looking at. And guess what these reviews aren't from customers at all they are from their customer service dept. How I know? The reviews were always the same just I liked this product very much then a couple more sentences about how you should buy it. All misspelled like a 6 yr old wrote them. So I figured out this must be either a company from China Japan or Korean or India. But its clear they do not know english. Or how to spell. I mean every review was practically the same. And then I noticed there's at least 2 other websites with exactly the same clothes, the sweater i was looking at were 2 different price points. So do not order from this or other companies that have the exact same merchandize. This a conglomerate company with other companies under them. That's why they can sell the same exact merchandize for different prices what i was looking at was super cheap under $30.00 for boots. And super cute. Now I know their going to be garbage. So I'm going to stay away!

I purchased three tops and a pair of sandals April 8th, 2020. Received it May 27th. Everything was poorly made. Two of the tops were ripping as I was trying them on. I even got one size larger than I normally wear. The sandals are made out of very cheap vinyl and they weren't even sewn correctly. My toes hang out of the sandals yet they are a size too big! They wouldn't return my calls or emails to check on the status of sending. I've read that people can't even get their money back so I will not even try! I will check consumer reviews and BBB the next time I order through a place like this.

I have the same experience as other buyers. I purchased 5 items but I received only 1 item and I have waited for over 4 months but the rest of these 4 items never arrived, I contact Berrylook many times, they keep on saying the same reply "items are shipped and cannot process refund". It is absolutely tiresome to trace and deal with them. At this moment, I still have not received these outstanding items and the chance of getting refund is hopeless. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ANYMORE.

I would not give them a single star but a zero. Have tried for 3 months to get a response to my emails I have submitted to them regarding returning the 3 dresses I ordered and received. No legitimate invoice or order were received. There is NO WAY to return and get a refund. I actually mailed the return using one of the addresses on a package received - not the Dubai one as it would cost more to send than the dresses are worth, but to the Alabama address I found on a package. It was refused so the box came back to me. And the quality of the dresses is worse than I expected - the sizing is the worst, at last 3 sizes smaller than what you order. They should not be allowed to do business.

So looked forward to the dress I ordered. The material is equivalent to Halloween costume material! Very cheaply made. Do not recommend this site and will definitely not order anything again. It's also shipped directly from China... definitely not happening! Stay away from this one... trust me. I won't even bother for a refund. The dress will be going to goodwill. Thanks for nothing, Berrylook! You're a bunch of scammers... clothing advertised and presented are not the quality you're delivering.

I ordered from this website April 6,2020 and as of today May 20,2020 I still have not received my order of 150. I wrote them several times asking for information through their website but never got a response, even though they say that they will get back to be in 1 or 2 business days. Still no word. Then I wrote then stronger mails asking for a refund and cancellation but still no response. I saw that my order was prepared and still being processed but it still hasn't been shipped. I strongly warn anyone NOT to buy from this website. I lost 150 and I can't seem to get in touch with them.

BIG SCAM! Do not order from this company! Sizes are soooooo far off - literally children's sizes. Not as lucky as other ladies, or maybe just not as patient; did not find a customer service # and ended up a total loss. These companies should not be allowed to continue to exist. What was I thinking - it's China.

I can't even give this fake company a 1/2 star! No communication possible! Based in China! I had to change all my banking after I was dumb enough to try them! The BBB REVIEW, should answer all your questions! DONT DO IT! What a shame Thankyou & good luck!
