Items never received. They illegally filed through PayPal which I don't use. Can't get refunds. Stay away. They are a scam site and belong in jail

This company is a total rip-off I ordered 3 blouses of the same style All of them did not fit for a different reason skin tight in the arms short in the shoulders too tight across the middle. The material Is cheap and the workmanship is lousy, and now it's impossible to contact customer service to return their junk to get my $74.00 back.

I placed an order 2 months ago and haven't received my items nor have i had any response from the company. I paid for something and have not received anything. I am trying to get a refund

I purchased an item from this company and I never recieved it, I contacted them to ask for a refund but they just kept robbing me off with excuses. Now three months later I still dont have my item nor the refund so I have reported them to paypal. I will never buy from berrylook again nor would I recommend them.

Placed order received bucket response. I still have not received order status after few days so started claim with bank to reverse transaction. Also, international company located in Asia.

Cheap quality shoes. Been trying to contact by mail many times. No response. Unable to make a return.

Very much dissatisfied with return policy, does not honor it words.

Ordered my size and shoes did not fit. Company would not exchange. Acted like nothing could be done. Absolutly no refunds. Customer satisfaction is NOT GUARANTEED. I don't need products that don't fit, are the wrong size, and can't exchange.

Took a long time to receive. All items were at least 3 sizes to small even after I ordered using their sizing chart. Paper is heavier than the fabric they used! Items look nothing like what was pictured. I spent $70. Regret it! See pic you can see my fingers they the fabric

I ordered a tunic top through PayPal never got it did file a complaint PayPal was just as bad as this horrible company in China. I will never order from them again.

The dresses that I had hoped to wear in public are redused to house dresses. They hardly resemble the items I choose online.

I ordered 5 items back in February, but I received only 1 item and the rest never arrive, and I received no message about cancellation of my items. I contact them many times but they did not refund me the full amount, after 2 months of tiresome emailing, they only give me back 30% of what I have paid. This is not a reliable and trust worthy company.

I paid and placed an order back on Jan. 6,2020 for Bow Shoes. It is April 16,2020. I have still not received product. I finally received an email response from my inquiry. I understand The Coronavirus issue. However, refund money or send a quicker response.

I placed an order for over 80 dollars almost 2 months ago, and have not received it. I'm going to contact my bank and try and get the transaction reversed and have them take care of this company. This was the worst I have ever experienced. I could never get in touch with customer service.
