I ordered 4 tops for a total of $69. They shipped me 3 tops only. I did not like them. Material too thin. Return policy says they accept returns if returned within 30 days and not used. I only tried on one top did not like so I didn; t even open the other 2 and returned all three tops the next day. I NEVER RECEIVED the 4th top but was charged for all 4. Then when I asked how long until I received my money they said they were offering me vouchers for replacement items. I told them I wanted my money back not vouchers and they dont respond or even address the fact that they charged me for 4 tops and only shipped 3. They just keep offering me vouchers and now they don't even respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE OUTSIDE THE USA. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED FIRST.
Do not use this company, I placed and paid for an order in Feb and never received it and never received a refund either. Was told to not worry and be patient
Have yet to receive my order. Was charged on card day after purchase but have yet to receive any info. Have my doubts whether company is legit. Have been burned too often.
Ordered in February, still have not received my purchase. I have looked my order shows in process since March 8, I have contacted them 4 times they keep saying it shipped no tracking info I have requested my money back 2 times. Do No Order
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes since January, have written multiple emails, and I haven't received my items, or any response to my email about my refund.
Don't bother ordering from them. Thank goodness I used PayPal as payment method and not my credit card. Placed an order in Feb 2020, by April STILL have not gotten my order. Note on site says Order Being Prepared and all say Canceled but I did not cancel the order. I don't have any communication from them saying they were unable to fulfill my order. And I most certainly do NOT have any refund to my PayPal account, I have left 2 emails to customer service neither have been replied to-even though the website says a response will be sent within 24-48 hours.
Lesson learned, they just want your money.
I was impressed of the Red summer dress they have online. I thought the $16.95 was a very reasonable price. My credit card was charged on March 6 for 2 dresses. I didn't get the first dress until April 8. The forwarder they used took my package to 4 different routes before it reaches my Post Office on April 8.
Of the 2 dresses I paid, only one was delivered. The other one---I don't know its whereabouts. I lodged a complaint to the US Post Office and to BerryLook. So far I got a response from the post office but not BerryLook.
The photo attached (yellow dress) is the same style as the red dress I got; the only difference is the color. When I received the dress and opened the plastic bag, I was very disappointed. The fabric was of very poor quality, and whoever did the sewing was very likely an inexperienced dress maker.
You'd be better off going to Old Navy--you won't be disappointed. At Old Navy, you get what you paid for and oftentimes, its a VALUE purchase.
Don't order from these. Didn't receive my order and didn't get a refund. How can this site be allowed advertise
Needs to be no stars. Never received item I was charged for. Doesn't have a way to contact. I tried to fill out an online ticket and the caption verification continues to come up in a way that is unreadable every time. There is no way to contact them.
Avoid at all costs - crappy goods, not as described -- don't plat the return game - Immediately dispute with you credit card bank.

A friend just received a sweater she ordered in a medium. It won't even fit her 5 year old. If you are a small. You need to order xxxxxl even then I doubt if it will fit.

I ordered 4 items right before the pandemic hit so i did not press when the order did not come in as expected. Once the order came in, I was excited to open and hope the reviews I had read were wrong. The two items are comprable with the price paid. The issue is the rest of the items. I attempted to contact them through their website without success. If the site's validation code always reads invalid the message doesnt get through. Very frustrated.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes and a pair of boots, in my size which was a 7. When I finally received them the size was way off they were bigger and didn't fit. I sent about 2 or 3 message's and never heard back. So I lost out on money and 2 pair of shoes that don't fit me.
I received one of the dresses I ordered with a delay which is not a problem for me.
The problem is that the dress I received does not look like the one on the website. The dress I ordered has full flowy skirt on the website. The dress I received has chip, synthetic, not flowy fabric at all and the dress has barely A shape skirt.
It is sad that someone does business like that. The site has many beautiful dresses, I would order more,
And BTW pay more for a dress like the one on the website. Instead, this company choose to have one time, upset, customers with getting little money for junk clothes. SAD.
I do not have a complain about the size. I ordered XL and it fits me; I wear 8-10. I am still waiting to get another dress.

I ordered 4 t-shirts like they call them. I call the blouses. Anyway two are tway to big fir a size small. I have request to return with no luck.
I've wrote them twice and they haven't bothered and its been a couple of weeks.
Oh and it took a month to receive the order.
Now I am stuck with two long sleeves blouses.

AVOID! I have received order with one missing item and other one too small! For missing item they promised a coupon which they never gave me. For small item they gave me the coupon but it didn't work. I have been writing to them for a month, but haven't got any solution for my 2 problems.

Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1/845/481/1333 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them
