Emailed them several times and the replied are always "order is currently being processed for quality control" (?) and "your order by now is on Pre-Sale". It wasn't on Pre-Sale when I first placed my order so you should have shipped out my parcel earlier no?!

I placed an order over a month ago. Never got an e mail confirmation or an order number. But they sure love to send e mails for "sales" that they're having. I went to their website SEVERAL times to try to contact customer service but they have you enter a captcha code that will continually tell you is incorrect, but it's clearly not, so you cannot contact their customer service. When I placed my order there wasn't any confirmation. They never asked me for my email address to send tracking information to or anything. Right off the bat it was shady. The dress I got didn't quite match the image. It was way too massive which didn't match the measurements they give on the site and was damaged. Of course I didn't want to keep it and wanted a refund. They don't make that easy.
I emailed them about a refund and they wanted to only give me half of the cost. No, definitely not. I didn't want the item. We went back and forth several times and it took weeks in order for me to even get a return address. I had to pay for the return shipping so I was out even more money. They never let me know when they got the package. I had to proactively reach out to them to demand a refund. After several days they responded and said, "Please take note that this will take 15-20 for the refund to be fully processed." What does that mean? It's been 22 days since that happened and still no refund. It isn't even a refund for the full amount I paid including shipping.
This place is a scam and just wants your money. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't even deserve one.

I ordered 4 blouses, size Large. 6 arrived, because the company added two more exactly the same as one I ordered. In addition, all were small enough for a child -certainly not Large, for a woman. Requests for an address to return the items for a full refund have only produced stalling tactics. I was asked to send photos of the items. I did. Then order numbers were requested. I sent them. All I have received are Emails say " Sorry for the inconvenience ". I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and filed against the company with PayPal.
Buyer beware. This company is a fraud and scam. They are operating under different names and different email addresses in California and China. In addition, all my parcels were post marked Korea.

I could not warn the public enough about these dangerous crooks and be wise and don't atempt to purchase anything from them, as firstly their clothes is pure rubbish and secondly if you return them, they will say they never received them and won't refund your money. Last July I purchased four items costing me 67.68 Order No = E******* which I returned as nothing would fit costing me another 19 Total expense =86.68 Now after 9 months they haven't refunded me one cent, but keep sending me apologies for the delay by repeat emails all these months later.
