Ordered 2 dresses that looked amazing on the website. When the package came, the quility was so horrible, that I decided to give it to donation. Poor quality of the fabric, cheap looking dresses. DO NOT BUY IT FROM THEM. They won't refund my money, so I just wasted $38. What a waste! BUYERS BEWARE!

Dresses supposed to be Maxi and fit, are not, and don't... Way too short and way too tight. Not sure where they get their sizing but not from anyone I know. Coming from China I'm going to suppose they use child models and size to them. Awful, what do you do? Have 3 if anyone is interested.

After receiving items that did not fit, they wanted to refund me only 1/3 of what my order was worth. And then said i returned it to the wrong address when it went to the address they gave me. I provided the post office receipt and still waiting for my refund. This is such poor customer service and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. No matter how cute they may look, the quality is not. Don't chance it.

Hello all,
I would definitely not recommend ordering from berrylook. I ordered 3 dresses and all were to small. I tried emailing them for adifferent size or refund my order. There online system was down. Then I sent the products back and they told me it was too late over 39 days. I sent the products back 24 days and then the said we can give you a voucher. Well it's been 2 monrmths and never heard back. They are a big rip off.
Please do not order or you will regret!

They take upfront payment, send wrong sizes, material and look not at all like on website. I spent thousands of rupees to send back to China via post and even after two months, no refund of my money. They just send sugar coated emails saying it's processing. E******* is my. Order number. Have to complain to consumer forum or any legal site if possible. Don't know how these e commerce sites operate without any accountability and robbing people of money

I placed an order with BerryLook.com, my first order but although they advertised a discount for new customers, I could not redeem same, I tried to email them and the two email addresses bounced saying there was no such address.
The package eventually arrived seemingly an Ontario address but when I complained that the sizes could not fit any real person they gave me two options. (1) keep the products and they will provide me with a CAD$20 cash or CAD$cash coupon (2) Mail the package to China and I will be refunded my money after they received the package. The package arrived back at my home on May 31st 2019 having gone to the address they sent to me. No reason for the return of the package which was mailed to them at the end of February.
It is as if they only know certain words because each of the 6 individuals who responded said the same thing. "When we receive your package we will refund your money" That translated to never.
I find them to to be disrespectful, and demonstrates blatant disregard for customer service. Quality of items poor for what they charged and a step down from their display. Also sizes are extremely small.

When you look on the site, you see things that you like & read the description: 'oh... they have that in my size'. What you order is NOT what you get. You get the semblance of what you ordered but it is in the cheapest, nastiest fabric you can imagine & of course it doesn't fit. Good luck trying to find out how to return it & get your money back.

The dresses that arrived were HORRENDOUS! They didn't send any return address information and despite numerous attempts to contact them they have not replied to any enquiry. I don't think I this company exists but they have GOT my money. The site makes the clothes look good but the same pictures are on other websites if you look around. I should have done more research before I ordered so BE CAREFUL.

I regret ordering from this company and wish I had looked at review sites first. The dress I ordered arrived in a reasonable time but was much shorter the full length, and of very poor quality. I returned it to the address indicated on the packaging, at my own expense, and I have proof of postage. There have been many emails to and fro 'so called Customer Service' with a string of excuses. E.g. Asking for proof of postage (provided) then saying I had returned the item to the wrong address, and finally informing me that I should have sent it back to China! I am very persistent but I am not hopeful of achieving a refund. I hope these reviews will save others for engaging with this terrible company!

The shirt i ordered took 8 weeks to arrive, so i missed it coming for the trip i had ordered it to wear on. Thank god because the shirt was hideous. The ad said it was cotton. Not so, some awful polyester silk blend that felt very uncomfortable on my skin. No button holes cut or stitched. Would not refund my money without a huge hassle so i finally gave up and gave the shirt to a homeless person. Never order from them please. You will be disappointed
