This website and so called company is a major rip off. I have reported them to Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I'm trying to get my money back from them with no luck. I returned the items in the package that they arrived in. They want to tell me it's the wrong address. There are no numbers and they only reply to you via email and it's very short information..."We will refund you 50% because it went to the wrong address, which what's on the label. The quality of the clothing was horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

When customers call that number, the person on the other line tries to convince them to connect their computer to his, and then robs you clean! When I posted this review on Trustpilot, the scammer started making threatening, profane phone calls to me demanding that I take down the review. ONLY call the phone number listed on the berrylook Website. They will probably never pick it up though.

5 items purchased were not sized as indicated. They could be for a large child. I prefer a bit of room so ordered XL (I am a size 12). I couldn't get most items on and those I could were skin tight and one was not white (I ordered), but cream.
I contacted company to resolve and was told to send the SKU numbers. I was told I could return the items (no refund offered), OR receive a $20 refund, OR receive a $25 coupon. When I sent the SKU numbers, the response was from another person who indicated my message was blank. I resent and received yet another response from a new person also indicating my message was blank. This continued 3 more times.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and discovered that this company has complained against many times.
All I can hope for is they stop receiving ANY orders from anyone. BUYER BEWARE!

First of all the dress quality is worse, i ordered 5 Dress from here and none of those were of correct size moreover quality was so bad that i was unable to gift them to my sister so i decided to return the product and claim my refund but in the whole website there is no help line number to call and ask for my hard earned money back then after 7 days i searched in google and found a number 1/800/809/4150 fortunately i reached the right place and they helped me, they took 2 hours to processed the refund with some steps and ask me co-operate which i did and finally got my money back within 24 hours as they claimed.

Absolutely disgusting how they scam people. Put up what looks like a legit site with amazing articles at even more amazing but semi-realistic prices. Let suckers buy the stuff and send them the most awful quality items. I'm not talking the lack of quality that you get if you buy a fake brand name product. I wouldn't even mop my floors with some of the items they sell. It's a complete joke> Hey... you got your stuff so stop complaining is their motto. Most people don't bother asking for a refund and if they do they will eventually give it you but in the meantime your and thousands of other scammed people's money is sitting in their account accumulating a hefty interest. What a business model. The old motto if it looks to good to be true it usually is. Berrylook fits that to a tie. I hope someone shuts them down or that review sites like this put a stop to this type of scam.

I finally received my order after 2 months! The clothes looks more or less the same as the photos but the material is definitely not cotton or linen and 3 out of 4 do not fit me!

Thankfully I used PayPal to purchase this item, using an American Express that I kept on file with PayPal. We ordered three items, two of which were dresses for my wife to wear at our son's wedding. My wife wears a large, but ordered extra large because others said items run small. I ordered XL pants. NONE OF THEM FIT. Wipes arms would not go through arm holes, and had we tried to zip up the other one, the dress would have ripped.
I attempted to ask them for return postage so we could obtain a refund since this was so badly match to the sizes we expected. They wanted us to keep the items in the give us a partial refund and a credit towards anything we might want in the future. Give me a break!
So I contacted PayPal and American Express for PayPal acted much more quickly, and actually issued a full refund because the company refused to provide us with a return postage label. If we had to send it back to China, you would have had to have sent it out with some sort of tracking number, and the cost of the postage would have been absurdly high. In the end, PayPal told us to keep the item since they wouldn't provide us with return postage. And PayPal was able to facilitate a full refund.
These folks are bad news. Throw the dice and see if you will fare better than us. I would not trust these people at any time no recommend them to anyone.

I shopped for a dress on this website and it came in pretty prompt time. But although I used their size chart the dress was horribly small. Address on the package was in Ontario Canada so I sent it back there but did send it via registered mail with Canada Post and got a tracking number. Package received in Ontario May 28 at 10:15am and was signed for. No sign of a credit on my credit card bill so I sent Berrylook an email inquiry. I got a response from China saying I should have returned the package to China (no China address on either my package or the website). Then they needed me to send them the Canada Post website link to verify the tracking. Now they are saying since I didn't return the package to China but to their Canadian forwarding agent no refund for me. I am now trying to stop the charge through my credit card provider. Wish I had thought to look for reviews of this company before I bought. $116 lesson in internet shopping I guess!

I ordered boots and got garbage. Actually I ordered $180 worth of shoes and $140 never arrived and the boots, as I just stated are trash. Thank goodness I was able to get a refund on the $150s worth of shoes that never shipped, after 2 weeks of waiting for at least a shipping label, but now I'm dealing with the vendor via PayPal to get back my coins after being bamboozled over the boots. Ordered 2 dresses... took 3 months to get them... neither of them fit... sent back for a refund... nothing but headaches for me ever since. I will never order anything from this company again. I I reported them to the BBB and I received a report of ALL the complaints this company has against them... there were over 800 unresolved complaints... The dresses I ordered from Berrylook. Were delivered 1 1/2 month late. Don't believe the size guide they came WRONG SIZES nothing fit not the measurements on the Web site order guide. Not cotton but ACETATE horrible. They said button down collar NO BUTTON DOWN. NO ROLL UP SLEEVE.
