Clothes are gorgeous on this site but after waiting longer than 3weeks and still waiting for a order I placed I'm unfortunately not going to order any more. I only wish these same clothes were on a reliable more efficient site!
When trying to get refund for items not received for over a month, they convinced me to give them access to my computer to apply the refund of 52.50 to my PayPal account. I am a stupid stupid 70+ year old that should have known better. This cost me almost 400.00 in the end. I did get my money back but my daughter had to close all my online accounts and bank accounts and reopen them for me to get my money back. I live on a fixed income of 840.00 a month and this was really bad. These people seemed so sincere and helpful. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will not get your refund and could cost you in the long run.

This company received an F from the Better Business Bureau. Check out ALL the many reasons why. The pictures they show you are not what you are actually buying. They try to recreate other clothing and do it poorly. The finished product will look nothing like the picture. The clothing also has no tags whatsoever, making it impossible to see where it was made, what it's made of, washing instructions etc.

First, it took almost a month to receive my order, then when I did receive it the quality of the clothing was so bad! The sizes did not fit, they were not cotton as stated on the website and the shoes were two sizes to big. It took me forever to find a return address on the website and they expected me to have all the original packaging to place all the items back in, as well as have a tracking number which costs almost as much as the clothes I purchased. I emailed them and they didn't respond for weeks. Please beware! Do not purchase from this company. What a nightmare

Took FOREVER to receive items. Once received EVERYTHING WAY too small. NOTHING LOOKED like the pictures. Called OVER and OVER NO answer, line busy. Emailed, NO RESPONSE. Dress size to small, have made 4 requests via there site for return authorisation, no reply to any. Having read other reviews its obvious that people should give this company a wide berth. There reply to other customers to send email contact would be funny if it were not a waste of time, all my requests have had the email on them so it would appear that this also is a waste of time, my advice spread the word

Berrylook are crook. It took almost a month to arrive by Fedex. The bag was wide opened and seemed to have taken a beating in shipment. The merchandize quality was poor. The sizes were wrong. Customer service does not respond to the email timely. I am still waiting for a response for refund and return.

Items look pretty in pictures but everything about this seller is phishy, 'cotton' is not a cotton, but 100% polyester, sizes are so off, not wearable. I received half of the blouse and customer service followed up on my complain w/email that they "sincerely sorry for the size problem".
Then they followed up with the instructions to return "If you want to send the items back for exchange or refund, the return-shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself."

Don't order from this terrible store! The clothes are made of some kind of weird tarp like material. They do not look anything like pictured! You have to ship them back to China, which it does not state in their return policy.

Firstly, they are impossible to reach. Secondly, I returned my clothes and they will not issue a refund. They make you use PayPal so you can't even dispute the payment like you can with a credit card.

I paid my money to buy 3 items including shipping fee, but I just received one of them and the size is wrong, the others I have never seen. The customer said they were returned. I placed an order from BerryLook and they failed to inform me of the oos item that they cancelled and extended shipping time frame. I was forced to reach out to them multiple times. They promised me a refund for the cancelled item if I closed the dispute I opened up on them via PayPal. Per BerryLook's email I was promised a refund within 7-15 days, its been over 30 days and still no refund. I wouldn't trust this company never receive a reply that is without broken English, inaccurate delivery information. And no professional courtesy to update you of your order status. In the future, I will make sure to only order from US companies!

Please do not use this site, I have ordered a dress and had a note that it is on its way 4 days latter so I was excited. However I have, received small package of something, not my dress, did not even open it as it was clearly wrong. They asked me to return it for refund, so I paid A$20 for postage had a tracking on it so I know they have received it and they confirmed it, but no money was ever refunded, I am telling you DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE!

I assumed for the price, this was not going to be the best quality. And looking at where the products were being shipped, I expected a delay and then an excuse if I even got to customer service. But I still gave them the benefit of the doubt since this was my first time ordering. Well, they were worse than my expectation. 5 pairs of summer shoes. Low quality products, yup. One hit wonders each pair. One wear and I'm sure that will be it. I gave them 1 star because the size and fit were excellent. Unfortunately the order came piecemeal, so I am still waiting for one more pair.The product picture ads are a smoke & mirrors job. The clear plastics with the bow, I ordered in blue. They are not even plastic, some rubber, plastic mix. For those who remember Ol' skool Jellies, these aren't even as durable as those, and they cost $2! As you see, Yes, that is a shoe twisted in my hand. The mesh sneakers - spider web thin. The espadrilles, yes they said they are faux leather, but they're really a thin card board-like material. The tie 'lace' breaks off, so be careful. Again, if you are only looking to wear the shoes just one time for a cute outfit, fine. Anything more than that, you run the risk of being embarrassed with a broken something or torn anything.

I placed my order through PayPal for a bit of security but berrylook know how to work the system as they hold on to your refund for 3months and them you can't make a claim with PayPal
I returned my order to the wrong address my order was over £100 I have got half of it back as they needed £50 to return it to the proper address can't think it would of cost that amount to sent to China
This people is so dishonest they will get what is coming to them one way or another
