Berrylook.com is scam and fraud. I tried to buy dresses, I would buy it and pay for it and it comes back as it did not go through, then I pay for it again, this went on. Then I looked at my credit card, it turned out they took the money all of those times that they said that it did not go through.
I called *******1650 because it was on other reviews on google and here, not on the website, they don't answer phone here. Then someone said his name is Danial Parker called back from *******981 and told me to download team viewer so he can have access to my computer because that is how they return the money, then told me to call him back tomorrow on *******420. Then they went and applied to pay pal credit cards by may name, that is why they use paypal to have access to your paypal account. Then they disappear. Don't go to this website, it is a scam.
I wish I had read reviews before placing an order. They did not respond to my emails requesting the discount they promise for a first time order, nor did they respond to a request for an address for returns. The dress I received was VERY POOR QUALITY and DID NOT COME CLOSE TO FITTING. I finally returned it to the return address on the pkg. THEN they emailed me, telling me that address was incorrect and I would received only a 50% refund. I am filing a "Dispute" with Paypal.

Even one star is too much for them! They're liars and rubbers. They provided no customer service! They sent me the wrong size of the dresses and not willing to refund me the money! My bad review of the business got their attention, they agreed to only refund me 40%, but two months passed by they never delivered the refund as promised!

This is the worst company ever. The clothing looks like one thing online but when you get your merchandise you'll wish you had went out to dinner or did something else constructive with your money. BE WARE trying to return anything is a SCAM. They have someone named Daniel who will try an access your computer to generate a refund. DO NOT LET HIM. He will only log into your Pay Pal and order video game cards at YOUR expense. Now ask me how do I know this?

On 1st of this month I ordered 2 dresses for myself which I received 4 days ago but unfortunately none of those are of good quality so I decided to return the product and it was a headache for me to return the product as there is no way to return the product online fortunately last day I got a number from google that is 1/800/815/8263 to which they responded and I was able to return the product and receive my product.
All the 3 stars go to the person who was on the phone in this 1/800/815/8263 number and helped me to refund the dresses as well as receive my refund.

I tried to get in touch with them for a refund they never answered e-mails or telephone calls. I finally went through PayPal and the answered them. I have to return my items to China which the postage is enormous and out of this world! So I will be out my money.

There is a reason why the website is very vague about returns and refunds... they literally put every obstacle possible in the way of you returning your goods if you are not satisfied.
This is compounded by the poor quality of the material and clothing. One of the worst scams out there; this is the perfect example of how to exploit internet shopping

This merchant is in China and it's IMPOSSIBLE to return an item even though they state they offer a full refund if not satisfied in 30 days. After a huge hassle to just get their return address, which I finally received from my credit card company, I attempted to return the item I ordered. The reason for my return was the material was supposed to be a "wool-blend" but it was literally a felt material of very poor quality. The address they provided me was in China and it cost $69 to return the item I ordered. I believe most people wouldn't have returned an item that cost that much to ship and I normally would have not either, but it was the principle of the matter. Soon after shipping, I get a notice from the US Postal Service that the merchant refused my package as they would not claim it from customs. Luckily, my credit company reimbursed me but only after I provided them with documentation for the second time. I ordered the product in January of 2019 and this issue was just resolved this week. Berrylook is a total scam. They sell cheap products and have horrible customer service.

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and paid $24 for 3 day shipping. Still has not shipped. Never heard anything from them until I emailed to find out if it had shipped. I mentioned that I paid this additional amount and that it was a gift for someone moving out of the country and that is why I paid additional $24. They told me that order was still being processed and they would put a rush on it. 2 weeks later it has not even shipped yet. I insisted on a refund for express shipping and kept getting same answer.
