It took over a month to receive the items I ordered. Several items were duplicated. It was going to cost over $50.00 UPS to return the duplicated items for a refund. Customer service is non existing. Don't buy from this company - you will not get a good deal. You will be lucky if the items you ordered fit or look like they are pictured on-line. I learned a good lesson. If it seems to good to be true - it's probably to good to be true. This company should be investigated for fraud.

Bloody disgusting. Ordered my items, took ages to be delivered. Items smaller than uk sizes so sent back. Had to pay for return postage to CHINA! Eventually got my refund but for wrong amount, still fighting with them for my full refund of what I returned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you don't it WILL COST YOU!

The brown dress with white pokadots that I ordered from Berrylook is plastic! I put it on and it sticks to my skin like a garbage bag with static. I have NEVER ordered a dress online and had a plastic sheet delivered. I order almost all my work clothes on line. Fabric is a basic requirement of clothing. Berrylook prints out a plastic sheet and calls it clothing. It isn't clothing!

I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. The clothes are cheaply made and it's impossible to contact anyone to get information to process a return. I ordered two items. When nothing was send to me I tried contacting them twice and got no response. So I disputed the amount on my card. That got them to send one item which looks nothing like the picture. It took 6 weeks to get this one item. Still waiting on the other one. It's made so lousy and cheap that a kid in junior high sewing class can do better. In fact I made a blouse just like this one in 7th grade. But I used better material and managed to make both sides even. Sending it back is probably not possible cause it would cost to much and not likely that they will refund.

These clothes are a mess. The sizes are so far off of the measurements they give. My long duster jacket didn't hit my hips and the sleeves bareley made it to my elbows and that is one item. Now I can't even return because they haven't responded back to me until the 30

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to take with me while on vacation... it literally took a month to receive them, and when I did, both pairs were damaged (what made me very upset was having to go to two stores to buy replacement shoes for my trip). One of the pair of shoes I can't even wear (apart from the damage) were 3 times to big. I emailed asking... why would you even send damaged shoes to me? There response "can you take them to a shoe repair place"? My response "HELL no I'm not doing that". I did not give you my money for damaged shoes. I told them that I wanted a refund and was given instructions on how to send them back... 2 weeks later nothing. These disgusting people took my money, and sent me damaged shoes. When I called asking where my refund was... some guy told me that I needed to get on a computer and follow his instructions step by step. He got to a certain point and an "error" occurred he asked me another question and when he realized that it was a public computer (he couldn't get my personal information) he got upset and hung up. DO NOT give them access to your personal computer! I am reporting them to BBB!

Worst customer service ever. I got my order and nothing was anywhere near the size I ordered. So when I asked to return it they gave me the runaround for several days. Trying to offer me a $25.00 coupon on an $85.00 order. When I finally got a return address I sent it back as instructed with original receipt, se and a note with all information and stating it was being returned for a refund and I sent them the tracking number. After a week I inquired and I was again asked to send the tracking number which I did. Then they wanted a screen shot showing it had been delivered, I sent it. This has gone on for a month. I filed a complaint through Paypal. That's a whole other complaint there as they said I need more proof that I sent the items back. Very poor service, Do not buy from this company ever.

The quality of dress is so so bad, can not use - terrible materials, ugly dress. I can not express my feeling about this dress, Berrylook make me surprised when receiving it. You will not be brave to ware it.

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. They arrived later than expected. They were damaged. I contacted merchant by email... took them about 3 days to reply saying sorry. I explained damaged and wanted to return and what address do I return them to. Another 3- 4 days, I get..."sorry" What can we do. This went back and forth by me explaining they are playing games and the 30 day return will be up. I Disputed with Credit card, Berrylook came back with showing I purchased and it was past the return date. They are scammers. Stay away!

I have never received the refund and I have sent the tracking numbers several times, so I know the items were received. I just keep getting emails apologizing. I certainly will never recommend this company. The quality of clothing was very poor.

If you call the *******263 or *******650 you will not get a helpful person. You will get a person that is trying to scam more money out of you. They will try to convince you that if you turn on your computer you will get your refund. They tell you the only way to get your refund is if they send you the refund form and you fill it out as they wait. They tell you the only way you will get your refund is if they have access to your computer. If you don't follow their instructions they will call you stupid and ask why you don't believe them. They even ask if you believe in Jesus so somehow that means you can trust them. Then finally when they don't get what they want they call you a Mother F*****. That is the kind of customer service you will get when you call these numbers. So the posts that say they got their money back by calling these numbers are false. I hope this saves someone one from a lot of headaches.

OMG. This is by far the worst. I really thought I was ordering from another store but was sent to Berrylook, I order a ton of stuff and the sizes was all wrong. I went by the chart and didn't realize that everything I ordered was too small. I want to return the stuff and get a bigger size but since they took so long into getting me my order, I want to get my money back.
I wish they had a person we could talk to. I will not order from them ever again and I will make sure I let Co-worker and friends know as well about this site. We don't have to shop in the stores so most of us order online. So this will be off the list. Also some of the items that was sent has poor quality as well.
They really don't need to have 1 star.

Ordered clothes for upcoming vacation, even paid $13.00 for faster shipping. Needless to say that it's been almost a month, my vacation is already come and gone and I still havent received anything. I bought a dress. It was too big. Tried to return it and they offered me a payoff of $6 for a $35 dress. I refused. I sent back the item and never received a refund. After multiple communications I was told i returned it to the wrong address, THAT THEY PROVIDED TO ME, and never got my money back. I am considering legal action.
