They received my return months ago, have not refunded my $74.80, Cielo M with their customer care team has stopped responding to me.
Also, due to the situation I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. No one has responded back to them and since they have stopped responding to me I have been compelled to leave bad reviews wherever possible. There should be an option for negative stars. Products are inferior, sizing isn't even close to their published size chart, obviously refunds are non-existent, they are a scam.

Their clothes look really nice in the pictures and I was so excited and couldn't wait until they got here. After waiting 4 weeks to get my cheaply I mean cheaply made clothing, I was so pissed. I only wish I would have done my due diligence and researched all the bad reviews before buying. If you want to return, you have to send an email and they are suppose to respond. After 3 emails, I never received a response. Their website has no reviews and you have to search on how to return. This company needs to be shut down, but it coming from China so I suppose us doesn't have any jurisdiction.

Warning, angry rant ahead: I recently placed an order at Berrylook.com. This has been the worst ordering experience I have ever had! It took almost two weeks to get here. I was so excited to finally have my cute new bikinis and EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS CUT WRONG! Two the the bottoms are cut like a tanga on one side and brief on the other, and one has different sized cups! The cover-up has spaghetti straps (not how it was pictured), the straps are different lengths, and the sleeve hole on the right is almost twice as large as the other. The first two emails I got from them state that they will not refund or exchange because it is swimwear, even though the products are genuinely defective. Now they either don't respond to my emails, or just respond with tracking information. I already have the package, I don't need it tracked, I need my hard earned money back!
TL/DR: If you are seeing ads for cute stuff on Berrylook, don't waste your time.
