BEWARE. Customer service is appalling. I ordered a pair of shoes/boots and, when they arrived the lace on the left shoe is at an angle. I have therefore requested a return, obviously at Berrylook's expense as this is a quality issue. They replied offering me a $8 voucher. I don't want a voucher, and I don't want $8. I replied saying I would accept either £15 (total cost to me was over £22), or a prepaid postage voucher to return them for a full refund. Their next reply offered me a $5 voucher. Nedless to say I refused that. Today their offer has been lowered to $2 saying it's a size issue! Do they not read they emails properly. It's nothing to do with size, but is a quality issue, as the photo shows
I order online a fair amount and even from some other Chinese companies. This is a terrible terrible company. I ordered 8 items and they are all the worst quality material I have ever seen in clothing. I ordered in 3XL to fit XL and one item I still couldn't even get on! I tried to contact them but they won't get back to me. $120 dollars down the drain. I can't even try to sell the items because the quality is so bad. I have good customer experiences with Newchic, Beachsissi and Rotita so far. Don't order from this one!

Will never order from here again. Took forever to get, then the dresses were crap. Very poor quality and I usually don't complain.
I also figured ahead of time that returns would be impossible and yes they advised me to give away what didn't fit ( which was 2 of the 3 items I ordered. I ordered the size I usually wear.Don't order from Vicberry or whatever else they go by!

I have made 2 separate payments via PayPal to Supposedly Berrylook' only to discover from Paypal's email that payment went to
Xi' an Orderplus Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Every platform on social Media will hear about Berrylook's scam and the experience I had for the first time of shopping with them and definitely the last!
I should have read the disappointing and dissatisfied reviews from unhappy customers before paying over £50 for items still not received as we speak

Ordered 8/19, paid extra for 3-5 day delivery. Never received items, nor a reply to the FIVE emails I sent. PayPal sent me a "tracking # " from UPS, that Berrylook supplied them- was a FAKE #. PayPal ended up refunding g my credit card.

This company shows great reviews on items, however when reviewing the entire company, it is TERRIBLE! I ordered 2 items and paid the extra shipping fee. On day 7 of 6 - 8 day delivery, they still have not been shipped. I think is impossible to directly connect with these people. VERY DECEPTIVE COMPANY! I will now be filing a complaint with the BBB. Shame on Amazon for allowing these types of companies to use their site to scam people! Now I will question Amazon'so trustworthiness from here on out.

Ordered 5 items from this company. Took 4 weeks to arrive and the quality of all 5 garments was absolute CRAP, poor construction (strings hanging, buttons barely sewed on,) weird fit and the fabric was JUNK. Immediately contacted them for authorization to return, they take days to respond to email, then days of back and forth with them trying to get me to accept the products for 50% discount, or give them to someone... I would never give this crap to someone as a gift! Finally they give me authorization to ship them back to "Jimmy" in Los Angeles. I take to post office, ship with proof of delivery and tracking number. Arrives in LA next day, I give them proof of delivery, which they acknowledge, and they stall around with refunding my credit card. After 3 weeks waiting for refund, and them making excuses about their finance dept., and me threatening to file a fraud claim with my Visa card, still no refund. I went ahead and filed the dispute/fraud claim with Visa to have them refund the money. Never heard from Berrylook (or the weird company name they billed under, i think it was OrderPlus International?) This is the WORST customer service and junkiest product I have ever experienced. They are still advertising like crazy on the internet, despite all the horrible reviews, which I didn't see before ordering. NEVER do business with this dishonest, unethical company.

Not as advertised. They don't fit and they smell horrible. The cheapest material possible was used to make these.

Hello! I placed an order through this site Berrylook from 2 May 2019 but till now I haven't received the ordered items.
I wrote to them and then they have told me that parcel bwas returned to them but I have never saw the parcel neither the postman.
They had advised me to pay the re-delivery. Which I did, I paid them $10 extra since June 2019 but till now I haven't received any parcel from them.

I ordered 10 dresses from your company:
1) it took an extremely long time to receive my order.
2) All 10 dresses are of the poorest quality of anything I've ever purchased from any store on and off line.
3) None of the junk I received were like anything I ordered and none of the sizes were correct sizes.
4) it appears that I received 10 of the poorest and worst quality of dresses. I can't wear any of this junk. I am in the process of throwing them away or to the goodwill, but I think that would be an insult to do that. The length was wrong, the sizes are so irregular, no one will be able to wear them, so they are labeled as all junk and a waste of my money($169). It is more trouble to get you to take this junk back than for me to use them as cleaning rags. I will never order from your company and as soon as I find out how to relay my experience to others, that will be posted on every social media sight know to man.

Tried to return shoes and reached out to them THREE times before receiving a response only for them to tell me "shipping cost would be very high for you" and that they would not receive the item within the 30 day return period. Instead, they said they would give me a $9 voucher, but there was no voucher at all. Was not offered a refund, so basically the "30 day return" is a LIE. Company is a complete scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM Berrylook! This company is refusing to refund my money. They charged me $450.00 for the total order and didn't send me two "out of stock" items. They won't even refund for the two items not sent to me. Also, the sizes on these dresses are not as advertised. I had a hard time getting the return address, but I returned the "too small" dresses by USPS Priority signature receipt and included insurance. For awhile the company pretended they didn't receive the dresses. USPS wouldn't accept my insurance claim, even though they accepted a signature different from the addressee. Now the company is saying, "it will take a long time to process the refund." I ordered the dresses in June, returned them in July and they still are trying to sweet talk me into believing they will refund the $400.00! I am going to try a chargeback with the credit card I used.

This is one of the worse experiences I have had with buying online clothing! I bought medium shirts and they didn't fit. Figured I would give them to a friend. Went back online and bought large shirts and they were smaller than the medium. Don't plan on sending anything back because there is no return protocol in place.
