BerryLook sizing is absolutely APPALLING and they DO charge for shipping!
I purchased two (2) swimwear items, which were unsatisfactory as the sizing is ridiculously whacky! BerryLook refused return, although the items were hygenically tried on but never worn, used, wet, washed or labels removed!
BerryLook offered me a $15 voucher by way of credit compensation, then advised it expired in 36 hours.
When I tried to place my order, THE $15 VOUCHER WAS NOT APPLIED!
Only a 5% new customer discount of 0.84 cents was applied!
AND although the website clearly states FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING, I am being billed $11.65 for SHIPPING!
I have tried to email BerryLook = fail! There is no phone number, and BerryLook's own
Contact Us page fails because it will not permit the Captcha to be submitted!
This is an absolute DISGRACE.
Australia is a HOT WEATHER COUNTRY of 26+ million people and rapidly growing.
BerryLook is incapable of accurate SIZING; BerryLookand makes offers of Credit Vouchers impossible to utilise, and makes charges for shipping even though it clearly states FREE WorldWide Shipping on its site.
I am unimpressed, not happy, and have wasted nearly three (3) hours of my SUNDAY trying to make a purchase using my valid voucher offered by BerryLook and have been unable to get anywhere except very, very annoyed!
Items were too small and I tried to get a refund... they want me to keep it as a gift... REALLY? Had to take pics of the packing slip, product and original package to prove it was theirs. I have never had to jump through so many hoops to try to return an item... and it took almost two months to receive it! This is the worst company ever! I wish i had read reviews first.

Do NOT buy anything from these crooks. The clothing I ordered in size Medium might have fit a slim 12 year old. Everything is made of flimsy polyester. Despite my continued requests to return and get a refund, I have gotten nowhere, and obviously will not see a dime.

I ordered a shirt which was way too small. Poor quality. It's been a nightmare trying to return to get a refund. Still have not gotten one. I will never, never, never buy from this company again. And if you are smart you won't either. No matter how pretty or how good the bargain appears, believe me it is not worth it!

I ordered 2 tops in June, 2019. It took until Stepember to get a response and they continuously requested the same information. I responded only to get another email from someone else asking the same questions. One top: round neck, loose fitting abstract print blouse, color orange red, Product Title WP-*******, SKU 960DF4ED9F1A, and a round neck loose fitting stripes (sic), khaki, blouses (sic) WP-******* and this number was followed by 6A3Y/*******. After not hearing from them, I tried to send it to the return address on the original package which was Tom Pan, 929 S Azusa Ave., City of Industry, CA *******. There is no such city according to two post offices. I have a copy of the confirmation email they sent, a copy of the letter I sent them saying I was going to return it to the address on the package, and copies of the emails that have been sent and received the past few days. Up until then, I had heard nothing from them since the order confirmation. I do not know how to attach photos or copies of the correspondence, but I do have copies. I am giving the tops to Good Will.

Boots I ordered are not made for women's feet in the US. you must have skinney ankles and skinny heel. Purchased thru paypal, Refund was very easy and quick. I am stuck with some shoes I can't wear. Shoes were $37 (tax incl.) they refunded me $20. Not happy. Gave 3 stars because I did not have any problems with getting the $20.

I bought two pairs of shoes from thus website. They were both too little even though I order the correct size. After much correspondence etc they never refunded my money. They would never give me a return Lange and they quit answering my request for refunds and return labels. They are pocketing the money and not running their company the American way. It is a scam. Check the complaints on their FB page.

Poor quality, smaller than usual sizing, customer service, returns and refunds are non existent. Don't ever buy the lousy products from this rip off company. Gaps in stitching, as in photo, zips break on first use. No satisfaction for products or service.

False advertisement: I would put less stars if I could. I did not get the expedited delivery I payed for. I am still trying to get reimburse for a service I did not receive. It was supposed to arrive in 6-8 days as advertised & payed for. It didn't even ship until a month later. DESPITE asking a direct question of if/when I would be reimbursed for the service that was falsely advertised & not provided, every email I was given excuse after excuse about their postal service order back log, but never an answer. I final after a month was told they would not reimburse me even though I did not get what I payed for. They claimed the already paid their postal service which is not my fault. I should not have to pay for their mistake. I feel robbed. I will never order from Berrylook again & would advise against anyone else doing so either.

Items VERY poor quality and material and nothing like the items in the photos. Customer service appalling- no responsibility taken or service provided - AVOID! N. B Having contacted Berrylook via e-mail with approximately 14 e-mails going back and fore to different persons who seemed to pick up the enquiry, I finally contacted them via paypal and a full refund was issued within 24 hours. Thank you to this department / people for their efficiency.

I ordered a dress and other items they wrote a number in front of the sizes. The wrong size of course! I have tried numerous times to get in touch with someone but every time I try to put the symbols from the validation box it says invalid verification code. It's a fraud!

The items I ordered at the same time came in 2 separate deliveries. Both were very late and days apart.
The quality of the items is shocking and the sizing is terrible. Trying to return the items is a nightmare, so much so, I haven't. My email has not been answered, and it's been weeks. So, terrible customer service to boot.
That's over £50.00 down the drain. I wish I'd researched before purchasing. Tat, from China, is what it is, not decent quality from the US, as alluded to.

This is a complete scam. The items received are not as described, of very poor quality and of the wrong size. I asked for a refund and they only accepted to refund 14 euro when I spent 71 euro with shipping. If I accepted to return the items I would have paid more on shipping and lost more money so wasn't even a deal.

Web sight implies a US company when in fact they are primarily in China/ Korea, with related poor quality, delays, unexpected shipping and return charges, return and refund problems. Claims are now being escalated over issues yet to be resolved thru PayPal. Product was poor quality, with sizing issues and difficulty in getting response or resolution from their support. Actual costs and time wasted, in pursuing a reasonable resolution, made this a bad experience I hope to avoid in future purchasing. I think I will stick with reliable and honest US companies with a good track record
