Berrylook is a SCAM company, the product is inferior and when you ask to return, they email you the same questions over and over, I have 2 dozen nonsense emails from them, they asked me to return the item which would cost 3 times as much in postage.
I am sorry that I did not read the reviews on this company before wasting my money! I have taken the case up with PayPal.

Do not order from this company they got my address wrong on my shoes. I never received them when I asked about them they just repeated that the shoes were delivered but they weren't I tried to tell them I never got them that they had put the wrong address on the package because I had already spoke to the post office. Well when the shoes were sent back to them they said I could only get a refund of the product even though I paid for expedited shipping and I had proof that I put the correct address cause I paid with PayPal. This is just bad people and I hope they get what's coming to them Karma is a big BAD WORD! I believe that and I hope they receive what they have given out!

The order took a very long time to arrive and when it did it bore no resemblance whatsoever to the dress i had ordered, not only that but the size would not even fit a child. The fabric used is very poor quality indeed, the whole thing is awful. Customer service is non existence and no way of contacting them for a refund is possible so i have lost my money. How is this company still trading? Shocking. Need to report to trading standards.

Horrible experience I had on my purchase.
The fabric of the dress ordered was damage with patches of stains. They must kept the Merchandise for quite long that damage the fabric and yet they still ship to customer!
They dragged the time when we sent in the email on defective item. They keep requesting for reason on the refund. They don't even check on their attachment. ALL CRAP!

For anyone whom was scammed by this company, follow up with your credit card company/bank, I did and received a full refund from my credit card company.
Ordered 4 shirts even in a larger size than I normally wear, took forever to receive them, once received, very poor quality, and the size could fit my 3 year old grandchild. Didn't even bother to send back as it took so long to receive them, didn't want to become more frustrated than I already was. AN ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!
I ordered clothes 2 months ago from Berrylook and did not receive my items. I emailed them and they stated that items take long due to high requests, it doesn't make sense. I believe it's a scam. The website states. Ca but from what they stated, they are not delivering items from Canada. I get so frustrated from ordering online when you get scams like this and the sites pop up all over. Ordered a "batwing" black dress with sparkle detail. In at least two sizes bigger than I thought as I know these brands tend to come up smaller. What arrived today was basically a tight black t shirt, no batwing sleeves and the glitter detail was naff. Absolutely NOTHING like the photo advertised.

Where to start? First off, don't even consider wasting your money on this company. First, the shipping was stupidly slow. It took 17 days for them to even get the item shipped when it says it would be shipped within 7 business days. Then the horrible delivery company that they used took over two weeks to get the item sent to me from California. It sat in California for 8 days.
In the end, it didn't matter at all because the shoes were so cheap that they weren't even wearable. They were wedges, but the entire sole and heel of the show had no solid reinforcement. It was a tower of flexible foam that bent and wobbled underneath me as I tried to walk. If I tried to actually walk in them I would have wound up injured. The material of the show was such a cheap man-made material that it would have torn after a few times being worn anyway. They went right into the trash. I didn't even try getting a refund from this scamming company. Don't trust the pictures on their site. You won't get anything near what those images promise.

Extremely disappointed in their service. I paid over $100 for items. They sent me a pair of shoes totally unlike the picture and refused to take them back OR send me the correct item I ordered but rather told me to give it as a gift to someone else. They also sent a sweatshirt that I purposely ordered 2 sizes bigger than I wear in US size that did not fit whatsover and just said sorry it doesn't fit, and then I was sent a pair of boots (folded and wrapped in plastic) horrible cheap beauty supply store quality, that was extremely too small and would not zip closed around the ankle and calf. So for all of that they offered me $24 refund. AFTER I SPENT over $100, are you $#*!ing serious! Their customer service is horrible, they don't rectify EACH issue you have separately, or even address each of your issues separately. I will NEVER ever order from them because of the hassle of returning items, getting exchanges or getting your money back. I'm PISSED!
