I am beyond furious with Berrylook. The clothes are flimsy and terrible quality. In contacting them I have been sent to over 7 people and when I've sent the clothes back (at a cost of 50AUD) they were returned with the reason being they had been refused by Berrylook. The post office tells me that Chinese companies do this so they don't have to pay tax on the return. I AM SO ANGRY!
If I could give them a negative rating I would.
DO NOT buy from these lowlife scammers.
I will be on every review site with the same message and review - I want a full refund!

All items are just cheap material and looks totally different from their pictures and the sizes are not accurate too, I needed to return due to this size matter, but they say due to expensive shipping (even though i pay for return) charges they can give me two options. One, I can keep the item (which I totally don't need) and compensate 12aud for buying the appropriate size again or Two, they offer 15aud coupon for next purchase. I mean what kind of a business is this! Never buy again. Totally disappointed!

I paid for a dress on 25 September. A month later and several emails sent I got reply that item was shipped to Beijing airport. 3 weeks later item neither arrived nor I can get any other detail but generic email, similar to those company has been using even here to answer a specific customers complains!?
To anticipate Berry look admin typical reply asking for the order number to allegedly help the customer, here it is: e *******. I want either to know when my item will exactly arrive or get money refund!
I hope some legal action could be taken against this company.

Ordered and tried to return since May2019 I have sent merchandise back they said they never received it. Have sent proof of delivery copies of tracking and daily get a generic email asking for the same info time and time again. Was told they credited my PayPal acct then never saw it so I followed up and again they keep asking for the same info to try and ware me out to just give up. All of their stuff is horrible quality and the fit is like others say 3x too small. They say can't you just give it to someone and take a credit.? No I want ALL of my money back. I bought two dresses for my wife, the two items received with large stains and bad smells, nothing looks like photos, they are a second factory items that can't be sale anywhere. Their photographer is a genius! He makes cheap, flimsy clothing look like high-end merchandise. It is NOT! I received five shirts in a package that was maybe big enough to hold two... the fabric was that thin! Trying to return them has been a nightmare. They told me to take all of the items out of their original packaging and take pictures of them. You already have pictures of them you idiots! Then they tell me the items can only be returned if they're still in the original packaging. Boy do I ever wish I would have read the reviews first!

I ordered 3 items a month ago and never got a thing. I have tried to call the company number and it's constantly a busy signal so I found an email address and asked for a refund. The response was that per their policy they can not give me a refund without a picture of the defective item... Uuum how can I take a picture of something you never sent? Also the tracking number they gave me is fake. Every time I try to track my package it says tracking number not found. Berry looks response to that? Fed ex is slow to log packages. Try again in 5-7 days. Yum it's been a month and tracking number still doesn't work and I have no product and they won't give me a refund. DO NOT order from this company! It's a SCAM! I ordered several dresses, all in the same size. Dresses were poor quality, took more than 2 months to arrive, were of all different sizes (some fit, some looked like they were made for a child). I asked to return for refund. They tried to convince me to keep the dresses due to cost of shipping. I insisted to send dresses back. They promised to refund once package was received and waited until I started asking questions about refund 2 months later, at which point tracking number at post office was not available anymore, so they stated they never received my package.
