Quick to take payment and it took 2 months to get my items and they are JUNK! BUYERS RUN! The size large shirt might have fit a 10 year old and looks like it was sewn by one. They took my payment from my bank account the day I ordered but kept telling me to be patient when I finally asked 4 weeks later when my order would ship. I understand international purchases but when my order arrived, it came from California. This company is a sham.
I have never seen so much quality at such low prices. My new t-shirts plus beautiful ones are perfect!

First of all if I were you I would not order from these people. Once you order there is nothing but problems and there is no way of communication. Oh sure they provide an email form but no matter what you do it will never go through because you will never get the security captcha box right!
There is no telephone number either. These companies often change their business name as well.

If your hips are larger than your waist these clothes don't fit. I tried to return but keep getting the run around. Also one of the dresses I purchased was defective, the zipper wasn't sewn correctly so couldn't even try to get into the dress. Terrible company do not buy from here. *********GOT A response via this message. Said to send in the order number and they will help me. Well I have been doing that for 4 days now and all they want to do is send me a coupon to buy more crap. I did get an address in California for a Jimmy and a phone number. The address has a BBB complaint against them with a company by the name Dynamic Asia Intl-still the sign on the building, but they have since moved. If you look up the phone number that was provided for Berrylook in CA belongs to a company by the name of Woofely and has a complaint filed against them with the BBB that they never responded to. What a class act.

The clothes are cheap and tawdry. Returns are evasive and shipping unreliable. Sizes are grossly misrepresented and Customer Service had the b*lls to suggest that I keep the garbage and "give it to someone it will fit"! Returns have to be sent to CHINA and no shipping label is provided. Why? They ship from California. Grrrrrrr... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The clothes arrived, decent quality and looked just like in the pictures but the sizing was far too small.
I am a UK 16 and these measure to be a UK 12.
I had checked the sizing on the website and measured myself. I'm genuinely gutted as the clothes are nice and I was very careful checking my size.
I have been asked to find out the pricing for returning the clothes as I can return at my own cost or I can accept a small voucher and keep the clothes. This might be reasonable... but I have literally no idea of the return address. Does anyone have it?

The quality of material and sewing is extremely poor. This company should NOT sell products. My items are ABSOLUTELY NOT acceptable to wear (the shape of clothes, colour, wrong size indication AND even wrong photos). I have never known a company with clothes that rip or tear in TWO DAYS! OMG I have never dealt with such scam or con business company in all my online shopping experience. This company has hit all of the negative reasons to not use or shop here. Just don't buy here they are like the DO NOT ENTER kind of zone. My experience will forever make me more aware of any company that I have never heard of or if it sounds to good to be true category. I went through all the payment investigation channels and ended up filing a dispute/grievance with my credit card. So I will hope they will have better luck in getting my full deserved refund as soon as possible.
