To make a long story short just don't fall victim to this company or website. I have been dealing with them for months and months, on trying to get a REFUND this has been an ongoing issue, trying to get my money returned. It has been excuse after excuse, I did everything I needed to do which is a long process to return the item now they don't want to refund my money. Any legitimate company would have no problem refunding your money after they received the item that had not been worn.
It took forever to get the item and then when I did receive it it was so flimsy worst fabric ever, cheaply made.

Ordered a two piece pencil suit and summer dress. The suit looked like a 10yr old had made it in DT and the material of the dress felt like umbrella fabric. The widest A-line garbage I've ever seen. Horrible and a total waste of money. No return address to send back to either. Another lesson learned re buying clothes on the internet. Steer clear of this rubbish.

I placed an order back on March 20th, '19. I just received the order yesterday. The quality of the garments that I received is nothing like the pictures on the website. This is a scam, and all these people want to do is steal your money. Don't believe anything you see on the website. The clothes are complete garbage. I will never order from China again.

They do not give return addresses, they ask for pictures, they say they are going to help resolve but they do nothing. They give no money back and tell you they can't afford to!
They are scamming people out of money. Product sold is very very cheap! Furthermore they don't send you proper sizes according to their web page.

For anyone reading this who has had dealings with this company try going to Econsumer.gov and file a complaint against this company. Make sure you have all your messages or emails they have sent you and all information you can give. Request for the company to be shut down due to fraudulent actions as well as misleading consumers and scamming people out of money. The more we send in complaints the more they will look into. Bombard their Facebook page everyday with your comments, send them messages everyday. You give up or walk away they win. You have to show them we all mean business and become their worse nightmare. File your complaint and hope they get enought that they will shut down their website.

Ordered a long sweater - tunica, size M. It supposed to be long, with long sleeved and made of soft cotton material. I got a shorter sweater, hard artificial fabric, sleeves are wide and quite short. Nothing like in the pictures!

I bought two pairs of shoes, one for my mom and myself; they were too small and when I got in contact with the fake Berrylook company, they sent me an email saying, it will be expensive to send back, why don't you donate your shoes. We can only offer you a $12 credit or $10 cash! What kind of foolish is that? I demanded the return address and it took someone awhile to get in contact with me and when they did, they sent me this fake $#*! address: Receiver: Jimmy/ 1372 Wilson St LA, Ca *******; fax number: *******016. I live in LA and that's not their address for returns. Not cool how this non-company conducts business and karma to all those involved!

I have never seen such cheap fabrics! They seem more like plastic than fabric! Way too small, not styled at all as pictured. They say they exchange, but make no address or label readily available. Nearly impossible to make the exchange. Cheap stuff from China with Chinese labels.
