Notice there is no contact information provided where you can actually speak with a person... Notice that your emails are responded by multiple staff members... I personally had seven different people. Notice how you get excuses, including suggestions to give the crap away as gifts to a friend the size of a leprechaun instead of attempting to return it...
I found it most interesting that sandwiched between reviews with one star ratings are those with five: poorly written and grammatically incorrect suggesting that they were composed by the company itself. (Try reading them aloud with a really bad Chinese accent just for fun!)
I'm stuck with a bunch of garbage that I will be donating to charity. But I am thankful it cost me less than $150 for yet another valuable life lesson... the world is full of trickery but you can protect yourself by researching the company, reading the reviews of those who had bad experiences, then weigh it out and be ever mindful that you could possibly lose your hard earned cash... before pressing that SUBMIT button.

I "FINALLY" received a response of the return address on April 22; 3:30 am (exactly one week of receipt of the items and well over a month from the placement of the order) and IMMEDIATELY (well 8:30 when they opened) went to the post office to return the items. The cost was $13.00 Priority Mail which they informed me would most likely be Wednesday but not guaranteed. Still, within the 30 days! Let's see how much of the $69.00 I will receive back. I will keep everyone updated so hopefully no one else will have to go through this mess!
First, I never received an email confirmation from this company. After I saw my credit card was charged I tried contacting them but no one answered. I contacted PAYPAL to dispute the charges. That day I received an email stating that they were sorry that I never received my merchandise... nothing else! Miraculously that day I received it. Two sizes too small and so cheaply made! I am trying to return it but no where is a return address on their website and the only address listed is in Hong Kong and it specifically states "not the return address." This whole company seems fishy to me and especially after I read the reviews here on Sitejabber. One review did state an address but it did not sound reliable when reading it.

I wish I can give no stars to this company because they truly deserve it!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE!
I made my purchase on 02/2019. I didn't mind the time that it took to receive it. The clothing runs super small and the material is so cheap. Mind you I submitted a request for return to be contacted about 5 times and never not once, someone contact me. I decided to reach to via Facebook, and they only answer me once a day for the past 7 days. Again, I wanted to return some items that did not fit and a purse that arrived damaged. They made me send pictures and end up telling me that the item is not defective (clearly it is) and in top of that they will only refund me 45% (35% offered first) of the total that I spend. Are you kidding me? The total refund is $69.75 and they want to give me $26! Is this a joke? I continue requesting to be called and they still going around refusing my request. I will file a formal complaint with my lawyer, post this message everywhere, and keep all my conversation evidence for back up!

Bought 4 pairs of shoes, took over a month to get and they are made sooo awful I could tape paper plates to my feet and be better off. Contacted the company twice and get no respond. All I want is to return this garbage and get my money back BUT they don't reply. So if you want to waste your money then shop with them.

I order a coat according to chart size on March 2,2019. Received about 20 days later. The coat looked good/felt good, tried it on to small. "Poor customer service." Never order thinking returning is good, read reviews first.

I purchased a winter jacket. What arrived was a very thin, flimsy jacket, not for winter time, more like spring or fall. It's not true to the size either, I ordered size Small, it feels more like a Medium. I returned it 2 months ago, since then I have been receiving run-arounds that they are going to send me a refund, but nothing happens. Very frustrating to have so much wasted time. Shame, this company is unprofessional, very inefficient, all what they care about is to receive your payments. No support after that. Buyer BEWARE!

Bought two tops. Much smaller than advertised and very poor quality. Said would give me 10% of next purchase as not satisfied. They also said I could return them but I had to pay postage which was not refundable. Postage more than cost of top.
