I ordered almost $200.00 worth of clothes from Berrylook. I returned merchandise to given address, which turned out to be a vacant warehouse, where a "Jimmy" signed for the merchandise, but they said I sent items to wrong address. I tried to get money back starting in November 2019, until April 2020. I paid through PayPal and they wouldn't refund my money either. It was very frustrating. I had receipts with names and dates as proof and I couldn't get my money back. Do not buy from berrylook. The clothing is cheaply made and the company is dishonest.
The sizing is outrageous! A womens "large" dress or blouse would barely fit a 10 yr. Old girl. The fabrics are cheap, in the extreme sense of the word. And "customer service" is a joke. It took them more than 60 days to deliver my order. Gave every item to Goodwill, just so I would not have to bother with this company again. Sorry to say I do not have my receipts/packing lists to be able to prove my purchase. Bought 3 dresses and 2 blouses. When communicating with customer service there is an extreme language barrier to overcome.

Please please please do not buy anything from Berrylook! Most of their merchandising are deceiving in appearance.
After waiting over a month for several clothing items and 2 pairs of shoes, my order arrived (less a pair of shoes they never shipped.) I was completely shocked (actually horrified) to see how cheap and flimsy the clothing appeared? To add insult to injury? The XL sizes I ordered could fit a size 2 or 4 person?
I immediately emailed their customer service to complain and request to return the items and my monies back! I was very specific in listing the reason for returning each item.
I refused their initial offer that I give the clothing to someone else who can fit them and accept 35 USD or a 37 USD cash coupon to shop on their website ("this was more convenient " they said!).
I stuck to my request to return the items to a US address and my monies back!
It was a long hard fight but I got all that I requested!. A US address to return the items and after 3 months of persistent following up on my end..., I recently received my refund through Paypal (Thank God I used them for the purchase. That might have saved me after I threatened to take the issue up with PayPal).
I must admit... their customer service responded to all my emails! They kept apologizing as well. And I know they had their jobs to do but so did I (in getting my monies back!)
Here's the bottom line.
I don't wish my experience on anyone else. This is the only reason I went into such details above, so please please please save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere... Like in our beautiful!

Ladies, if you are "curvy", ( busty, big bum/hips), these clothes will most likely NOT fit you. I am not fat, but am a very curvy, ( 38DDD), Creole lady. These clothes are not meant for the likes of us. I don't care WHAT the "size charts" say, ( they are not accurate, at all) - the clothing won't fit our bodies. ***I normally wear a US L/XL, but ordered a 5X, and I STILL can't get the shirt over my boobs! Unless you are thin, with a "boy build" - these clothes won't fit. I learned the hard way >;-[

First I spent 100.00. Received one item after a month and it was child size.
Then three months later I received three shirts. All too small. They gave me an address to return to. Then the lies and fraud began. They said never received it... but I had USPS PROOF Luckily i got my money back through a PayPal claim. This went on for five months. They are liars and scammers and I also reported them to the International Trade Commission buyer beware

What a RIP off! Items far from what is displayed in picture. Instead of Jersey knit I got thin cotton knit. Cheap quality fabrics for all items purchased. Poor quality workmanship and defective garments (eyelet missing from sweater and DIY drawstring) What a WASTE of time and money. Below average dump clothing.

They are the worst online merchant I have ever encountered. No customer service! It took 2-3 weeks for me to finally receive those garbages (totally different than the pictures online). They would find every excuse to not return the clothes and even you insisted a refund, you would never see the credit promised. They are cheaters and liars. You better off burn your money than dealing with them. Good luck!

This company is such a scam. Do not order from Berry luck. I ordered five shirts in February. I received three of the shirts in late March and another one trickled in around April 1 and the last one came the second week of April. The shirts are made of such poor quality, The fabric is extremely thin probably a polyester blend. The colors of the shirts do not match the pictures that they show on their website. So I attempted to get a refund to send the shirts back ha ha good luck you will never talk to a customer service person. You have to email them with what you want to do. They wanted me to take pictures of the shirts and explain why I wanted to return them. Oh Em Gee is there anyone else that you buy from online that would request this. So stupid. They just want to pester you to the point where you are fed up with trying to solve this problem. And that's exactly what happened to me. I was so sick and tired of emailing these people to try to get a refund on my shirts that I finally gave in and excepted a $20 refund for the amount of $80 that I spent. Never again will I buy from Berrylook. I wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered the shirts. At least someone from Goodwill will like the shirts.

I am happy with the clothes that fit, none of them shrunk after going through the washer and dryer, which was a bit of a concern. I'm having a great experience with Cathybuy. The only "negative" is the waiting period before all the items are ready to be shipped, which is about a week + shipping time. However if all transactions in the future are as easy and smooth as this one I have no problem waiting a bit for an order to come in.

I ordered several items. Took almost two months to arrive and they were not what I ordered and some of the items never even got but was billed for them. I paid for a sweater that I NEVER received. I purchased through my PayPal account. They lied to PayPal stated they shipped in December yet I HV emails showing they didn't ship and that they were going to cancel order and refund my money. I still have not received! DO NOT DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
