Horrible experience. I ordered on 3/20/19, paid for the expedited shipping, and still didn't received the products until sometime in April. The quality, construction, and fit of the items was horrendous.
Customer Service has been difficult to get in touch with. I finally was able to get an address to return the items to after they told me I should "JUST KEEP THE ITEMS" as its easier. I had to pay another $10 to ship the items to them. I have not been issued a refund for an item I didn't even receive, nor the credit for the canceled "expedited shipping."
Berrylook is horrible.

This site is a complete Scam. Absolutely horrible quality products. Sent the items I bought back and never got any refund. So paid for postage twice and got nothing back. Every time I contact, they will say that didn't receive items back. And when you write review they will add that contacted you to resolve but in reality still the same story. Don't expect any refund. This is just a SCAM.

I purchased 2 items - 1 T-shirt and 1 summer dress. The fit on the dress was way to big and looked like a maternity, while the T-Shirt was supposed to be lose fit, it was so tight that I couldn't get it over the bust. The fabrics on both items were awefull, the dress was Polyester and not what I would ever ware, the T-shirt was flimsy and wouldn't stand long wearing and repeated washing. The customer service is poor and good luck at resolving the issues. I didn't return the products because it was cost prohibitive and triple the cost of the items. So I am stuck with a product I don't like and can't use. To sum it up DON'T USE THIS SITE. IT SUCKS!

I bit bought a dress which was totally different from the picture. I returned it with a tracking number to berry look, they told me I needed to send the tracking number which I did, then another person in China told me that it was the wrong address and therefore whilst somewhere-somehow they had received the unworn dress, they refused to refund my monies.
Not only are they deceitful, it appears that they operate from various venues.
NEVER AGAIN. Will I be purchasing from this company, please take care.

I ordered several blouses the beginning of March. As of now, I have only received 2 of them. Going on 2 months since I placed my order and not even half has been shipped. Website states orders will be shipped within 15 days. Mine didn't shipped 6 weeks after I ordered and then it was only 1 shirt. Asked to cancel the rest of my order and they are only going to credit me one third of what I paid. Will be disputing this with the credit card company. Fair warning. Don't shop on this with this company!

The clothing is poor quality and what they don't tell you in the return policy is they are located in China. It isn't worth the cost in shipping to return poor quality clothing they make. Do not waste your money on clothing from this company.
