I placed two orders from this company because they had some super cute shoes and tops for at very reasonable prices. I even paid for overnight shipping to use the items on a upcoming trip and since the items were so reasonable I decided to splurge on the shipping to get them quickly. Long story short, I ordered all the items on 4/20. I received two items on 5/10/19 and still haven't received anything else. I cancelled they remaining items and requested a refund and they only refunded me 1/2 of my money! Holy ripoff!
Orders were dispatched pretty quickly but the quality of the products, the fabric and the finish are a disaster. So very disappointed, now I can't even find a return address. I've mailed the company twice looking for an address with no reply. Total waste of money, really put me off online shopping.

I have ordered Color Block Peep Toe Date Travel Comfort Slippers from Berrylook and it was simply awesome. It took 8days to reach the product and i was worried about the fitting, but my White Blue Coral slippers were just fine. I would recommend to purchase from here.

I placed an order to this company and wish I had read the reviews earlier. I placed my order about a month ago for an event that is Friday May, 27,2019. I have yet to receive it. According to your so call policy I should have had the order within 6-12 day. When I placed the order they got the money immediately!

I just received my order yesterday. I had ordered 4 shirts. They looked absolutely beautiful on the website. I was horrified with what I received, a total misrepresentation of the product. These shirts were so thin, tiny and made with horrible material. One of the shirts you can see the outline of what was to be cut, but instead they left the material still hanging there. Please read all reviews before you waste your money! Very disatisfied!

I placed an order a while ago and within 24 hours I received and email confirming my payment for my order and stated I would soon get another email once my items were shipping along with tracking info. 13 days went by before I finally contacted the company to see where my order was. Another 24 hours passed and I received another email with my shipping and tracking info. They did not send out my order until I contacted them to complain. It's been 10 days and I still haven't received my items. I believe that tracking info is bogus because it says my items have been delivered, but they have not. I contacted the company yesterday and asked for a refund. They will not offer my a refund and instead told me I could refuse the items when delivered and have them sent back to the company, only then will I get a refund. Only problem is, how can I refuse/return and item I have never got?

Wish i had read the reviews of this company first. All the items I ordered are very bad quality and the sizing is totally wrong. I have requested a return address and refund. Guess that will not happen! Learnt a very expensive lesson.

I've just boughts some basic items, a top and a pair of jeans and everything was perfect. The size have fit me perfectly and the quality was good.
I ordered a top that was advertised as 100% cotton, when it arrived it was really 100% polyester, and it looked very different from the picture. I also ordered a size 5x, and the actual item had the size cut off because it was really maybe a large. This company is dishonest. The reviews are fake on their website. The item took a month to arrive. Sku NUMBER 41C98D0D5C04. Their website won't let you save items off it to compare to what you actually receive in the mail which looks entirely different. This company is a scam.

I replied that I don't want to order & was told it takes 7-15 days for a refund, so today is day 15 and no refund yet.
I ordered before I read any reviews, my bad. For some unknown reason, I never received my order, and it had been returned. I have sent 4 emails asking for a refund, and been told please be patient, give us 5-10 days, we will make this a priority. I am still waiting and it has been 4 months.The clothes look cute, the fit or quality I would not know since I did not receive my order. They get your money, and that is all they care about. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

There didnt even finish making the sandals.
The hooks have no loop to latch into. The straps were cut and never folded over to make the latch complete. Cheap quality. You can see someone traced a template and took cheap rubber and traced the template of the sole on the rubber and cut with a scissors.

This is in addition to my earlier review. Berrylook has offered me a 30% refund and told me not to send the merchandise back as it's too expensive to ship and to give this substandard clothing to someone as a gift. I'm reporting their site to the RCMP in Canada as I believe them to be a fraudulent company. The merchandise looks good on their website but when you finally receive the clothing it's absolutely awful, sizing is off and material is horrible.
The RCMP has a website to report these types of businesses. If you're in Canada, you can easily google the site.
