I ordered several items last November. 2 arrived but not quite the quality etc as advertised.
The third did not come. I kept the 2 items but I did want my money back for something I did not get.
Numerous e mails still have not produced my refund. All the responses are very friendly sympathetic and they assure me it is with their financial department. To date I do not have my money.
They have the technology to debit but somehow not to credit their customers. I would not use this site. BE Aware
There are a few of these fake companies floating around. You can tell because if you look closely all of these companies are based in Asia. All the clothes cost very little and the biggest clue of all are the clothes designs they are selling. All items extremely nice in the ads. I don't know how they are doing it, but these clothes are clearly high end. No way are they going to cost 20 bucks. The pictures appear to be a rip off from Neman Marcus or something similar. Stay far, far away from all of them. As you can see from the terrible reviews if you ever get the item, and that's a big if, it will look nothing like the ad and will be of shoddy quality. Just too bad their endless ads can't be removed from just about every site you visit on the internet.

I ordered a pair of snow boots in January. Order took 6 weeks to reach "shipped" status--and another two to be delivered last of March (Spring--too late to wear this season).
Quality (moderate) was as expected for low price and item IS wearable, though tight-fitting (even after ordering half-size larger than usual). After my experience and reading many poor reviews, I will avoid ordering from this company again.

History: Mar. 4 recieved order. March 7 began emails to get a refund. April 1 finally got an address (in USA) to ship the dress back. You have to pay the shipping for the return. May 2 they said by email that it would take 7-15 days to get my refund. Today is May 28. I haven't seen a refund or heard from them since May 2. Please do not use this company. Clothing is cheap. Business model is sell cheap and never give any money back. I am going to Hong Kong where they are based this summer. I will check with the business authories while there and lodge a complaint for everyone. Order # E*******

They do not get any stars buyer beware. I have not received my order which was a t shirt and cost 13.59. Despite loads of e mails from me they are refusing to refund me i've told them i am an ACA but they do not care. They've got my money and have no intention of sending my order or refunding me my money. Berrylook is not a business it's an advertising scam and sadly for them they have been caught by the wrong person as i intend dealing with them.

Cheap, overpriced, poor quality clothes and make. Shop H&M or Forvever 21 vs wasting time and money on either of these sites. Order took almost 2 months to arrive and clothes had tags sewn on the wrong side, uneven seems, tissue thin material. Avoid.

My mom and I are about to go on a trip and she ordered some clothes from this website and was SO excited about them. They never came. On 3/8 I ordered 4 tops from Berrylook. They charge your credit card the day they receive the order... I received an email 2 weeks later saying 1 of the 4 items shipped out. The tracking number does not give you any updated information. It's now the end of March. The items they sell on this website are complete garbage, it looks like its made from recycled materials, these are cheap items that come from overseas, the product itself is made with the worst fabric every made its an ugly shiny fabric that feels worse than a garbage bag, the sizing is completely off and you to received your trash by mail it takes them over a month. These products don't even qualify for the Dollar store.

I loved the variety of colors they have in the coats, especially I used a lot the soft colors, I think they are very beautiful, I am happy with my purchase my coat is very nice and comfortable.
I placed an order over 6 weeks ago (with a shipping time of 6-10 days advertised on their website) and have yet to receive my order. Sadly I did not read the reviews prior to ordering. Guess this is a $30 lesson learned and I won't make the same mistake twice. What a scam.

I ordered a dress from them and unfortunately did not read reviews first. The dress arrived after about 6 weeks looking nothing like the picture. The material is some thin shiny fabric that I don't even know what to call it. The size small dress, supposedly 6-8 women size might fit a 5 year old. Actually, I'm glad it doesn't fit because I would never wear that piece of garbage anywhere. Can I give negative 10 stars?

The winter coat I ordered arrived AFTER winter (!)- took like 6 wks to arrive and was WAY too small! I'm a 14 so ordered an XL! Also, the big, puffy collar I wanted was SKINNY and not puffy! Looked like a dead mink...
I emailed for a refund label and this was their response:

I ordered from Berrylook after an ad popped up and it showed some cute clothes for pretty cheap. I then read some reviews that stated that it was a complete scam. In contrast to what the reviews said, I DID receive my items. The sizes are a little off... I ordered Medium and they were a little tight around the chest, and the material is strange. They do not come with any tags anywhere. My guess is that someone probably just sews the items as the orders come in, which is probably also why it takes a while to come in. I'm glad my items arrived, however, I will not purchase from them again.
