I ordered two dresses, a pair of sandals, a coat and purse two months ago. All that arrived was something that looked like a hospital gown made out of some sort of cheap material I have never seen before. My sons and I tried to figure out what part of the order it was and are guessing it might be the coat as it is the colour I ordered but there is no way it is made for outdoor weather and believe me no one should be seen in public in this thing! The rest of my order has never arrived and I have filed a complaint in the fraud department with my credit card! Disgusting company!

When a foreign business defrauds the citizens of US in those numbers, that company is blatantly anti-American.
Update: It took 43 days, numerous emails, 2 scathing reviews, and filing a dispute with paypal to FINALLY get my refund today. That doesn't compensate for time and energy it took to get it.

Unfortunately I ordered 4 dresses at the same time. The quality of all four was awful - never saw such cheap fabric or poor finishing in my life. I gave away three immediately and will donate the last one as well. Apart from the unacceptable quality, delivery took months and also three of the four were way too small - I weighed 100 pounds and hardly can imagine a fit for even the smallest Asian lady. Never ever again! In terms of stars, this product deserves MINUS five stars

Quality was really good I am skeptical of all the outraged type of reviews granted I wasn't thrilled with the shipping but that's internet shopping happens all the time. You really need to know your fabrics and look at pictures very carefully of anything you buy. I will update on here how the return process goes.

Please don't get carried away with prices or amazing pics. The dresses are really bad material, they take about two months to arrive. And then they deliver everything in the order. They didn't even return money for items not delivered. PLEASE don't order from Berrylook and similar companies.

LUVYLE AND BERRYLOOK ARE ONLINE FRAUDALENT COMPANIES! They use other websites photos and then make cheap look a likes without labels inside. It's illegal and needs to be put to an end. Any good reviews are fake.

Horrible service. They did not pay for a return label for clearly defective merchandise, and they did not refund me even after THEY confirmed they received the return. It is over 100 days since they promised a refund and they keep emailing me asking for more time. File a claim with your bank and DO NOT CLOSE IT NO MATTER WHAT. Once you close you will not be able to reopen it.

I would like to know how are these clothes distributed to customers? Do you make them after the order or do you have a real/legit store/warehouse where goods are shipped from. Why is it so difficult for the Co. To ship all orders at one time Instead of shipping one at a time and telling us to wait with some nonsense tracking #'s that can't be tracked. I think every excuse is used to tell customers about the delay. They wont even let you navigate their site (can't even create user id etc) E*******..

Unfortunately my previous reviews are going to be replaced with this one. So I will make it short. Placed an order on 2/28 for 4 items 4 shirts. First about the quality: Ummm cheap and cheaply made just a size sewn inside. It is not for an American women (size); I wear medium to large but since something made me order X-Large. Products are not true to size. Secondly, after a month or so later 1st shipment ended in a different town & state due to an zip code typo by them. I was told to contact the post office myself. Luckly with little bit of work, I did locate my shipment & gave the Post Office my zip code & it was re-forwarded to me. Very disappointing. Second shipment arrived 2 weeks or so later. The last two items arrived on 4/2/19. Honestly, I would have sent it all back but I have very little fait of their refund system after experiencing the deliveries. They are in monkey business because any legitimate company who deals with textile/finished products must pay duty, so in order to avoid tariffs they are shipping all around the world this way. I will never order any wearing apparel online again.
Ordered 6 items. They are coming one at a time. Shipped from Missasauga, ontario. Dress worn once and material is so cheap the dress is full of balls and pulls. Tops are too small to button up. Last item received is transparent. I guess it could be used as a bathing suit cover up rather then a top as reason for purchase.

I ordered three shirts that's looked great on the ad and site. When I received them they were way too small, I ordered xl and they barely would go over my shoulders. The size is more like a medium. Also, the style or quality is not the same, they are ugly! I wish I would have seen some of the reviews before I ordered. Don't waste your money you will not be satisfied.
