No wonder they have no tel. Number for complaints, that should have tipped me off first thing. Spent $100 and had to sign up for paypal, because curiously it would not take a credit card. That was weeks ago, and when we wrote via email to inquire where my merchandise was, they sent back a fed ex number that evidently did not exist. I'm contacting the Attorney General to report, also Consumer Reports, I urge anyone else here to do the same.

Got my coat today, what a joke. The sleeves nearly hit the floor, supposed to be the biggest size but would probably for a 10year old. Shown as a 3/4 length jacket but comes just below the waist, pockets are up near armholes. Don't know what sort of material it is, something I've never seen before. My biggest problem was thst I didn't read these reviews before I did the order. Woe is me, never again.

Products are the most pathetic quality you would ever see. You will not dare to put their clothes on and go out.
Don't be overwhelmed by the beautiful images you see online.
Luckily I didn't make a big order with them but I still feel annoyed with both the quality and the size.
But if you have a child or relative that is small 4 sizes below yourself, you might give them the clothes to wear it even though you can't because of the poor material.
Believe it or not their clothes only fit for sweeping floors.
I don't like mothers or ladies like my get trapped in because of lack of money.
Based on this horrible experience, I would rather pay a bit extras for one decent piece that will last with me ages rather than this bunch of junky stuff that I can't even pass to someone else.
Please keep your money safe and don't fall victim for those online scams.
When I requested a refund they told me that I will have to pay the shipping!
I said no as I don't trust them anymore, they might take the rubbish products and not refund anything.
I asked them to refund part of the money and I will keep 'this rubbish to remind myself of such a ascam.
They still haven't paid me the amount agreed to be refund from January until today 13/03.

The merchandise this company peddles is low quality and sized for children. They make you pay to return their garbage, and then never refund your money. Their customer service is nonexistent. I am 69 years old and have never seen worse quality or worse customer service. AWFUL. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY!

The ads pop up everywhere and the pictures are very cute BUT the sizes are made for sizing in China where the average girl is very small. So an XL as measured with my Talbots clothes (also made in China) is a size 6 to 10. I ordered a variety of clothes, all in XL. On trying to return they sent me an address in China even though they came from a warehouse in Calif. They don't provide a label and postage was $40. They were only willing to refund 1/2 when I filed with PayPal. I was not willing when others had complained about returning and never hearing from them again. Even with all my evidence provided to Paypal. So I wanrn you about dealing with Berrylook and thinking you are safe by using PayPal.
P.S. I 'm old enough to know better and should have read reviews first.

I purchased some items from this site. Unfortunately, they didn't fit well - the clothing really runs small. I had to work so hard to even email them for permission to return. Most times when I filled out the contact us page, every time I typed in the 'Capcha' to verify, it said it was typed incorrectly, even though it was typed perfectly fine. After a while, I at least copied my message so I can just paste it in each time without having to retype it. I had to log out and in multiple times until it finally said that it went through. That was 4 days ago and I haven't heard since. I tried again today with the same results. Eventually it went through. At least I purchased it with a good credit card that I can hopefully get my money back whether they respond or not.

The clothes are absolutely nothing like the lovely pictures. They are laughable! I sent an email the moment I'd received them to say I was returning them because they were hideous. I got no response at all until I translated my complaint into Chinese on Google Translate. I recommend you do this as soon as you realise you've been scammed. I got a full refund but extremely slowly. The told me to keep the dresses. I took them to the charity shop. Maybe some old lady somewhere will use the fabric for some cushions or something!
