Have been waiting almost a month for 3 shirts and 2 pair of boots. They are quick to take your month but their service is really, really bad. Everything comes from China so I can just guess on the quality. Wish I read the reviews and rating before ever purchasing from them. Maybe I'll get my stuff by summer at this rate.
I ordered a pair of boots from this site and what they sent me was not what I ordered. They had me take pictures of my item and send it to them on several occasions then tell me that I can return them for a refund. But how? The return slip is in chinese! Now I'm stuck with an ugly pair of boots that I'll never wear.

Extremely poor quality material. They ship from some cheap place in China It's nothing like the picture. I had to return both dresses i purchased. You also have to pay for the initial shipping and return shipping. Usually most website you pay for initial shipping that's one time but with this website you have to pay twice, even for your return. Extremely dissatisfied & disappointed. Great customer service is not very helpful either. First and last purchase from berrylook. It's not worth your money. If you look at their website you only see positive comments. No negative comments may be that should tell you something

I would give them a "0" if possible. I ordered a sweater (size XL). It might have fit my granddaughter, who is a size 5. After contacting the company about a return, they tried to persuade me to keep it and they would take off a small amount. I returned the sweater, at my own expense. It was received back to them on December 19,2018. I have contacted them on numerous occasions regarding my refund. If I hadn't kept my receipt and tracking number for my return, I wouldn't have a prayer of getting my refund. They obviously don't keep records of returns. The burden is definitely on the buyer. They take NO responsibility. They want you to give up. But I won't. They always say the same thing; so sorry, trust that we will give you a refund; 7 to 25 business days. BEWARE! BEWARE!

Don't Buy From These Scammers! I purchased 4 dresses in November and one month later I received them. They were cheap fabric, cheaply made, no fit - just garbage. I immediatly requested a return authorization to which they pratically begged me not to return them. They offered to give me a discount and let me keep the trash but I didn't want them at any cost. So I paid nearly $17 to return them to some strange California address. I kept the postage receipt and tracking number. Good thing because they tried to tell me they did not receive the package until I produced the delivery confirmation. For three months they have promised to credit my charge card and as of this writing nealy 4 months after I placed the order I have not received a refund. You know the old saying "if it sounds too good to be true... " Don't let their "bargain prices" persuade you - these people are scammers and their merchandise is not fit to wrap my garbage in. There are a lot of FAKE reviews here and elsewhere on the internet "Buyer BEWARE"!

Haven't received anything! Got an email today that an item is out of stock "so choose something of equal price" NO refund my money! This company is fraud! I read their reviews and still thought, "oh I'll get my order." "What's all the fuss about." Let me tell you. I've learned from this experience and will only be shopping at places that I'm familiar with like, Walmart, Macy's, Target, Torrid, PINK, and many more stores located in America. If I ever shop online, I will be looking at the bad reviews and checking to compare how many bad versus good reviews. I lost out on $47.00. This company is a total scam. Stay away from this website! They don't deliver products and don't follow through with refunds even after received your return, you can send multiple emails but it is like going to the black holes. I ordered clothes and two prs. Of boots 3 weeks ago, and paid $40 for them to be shipped in 3-6 days cause I wanted to wear the boots and an outfit to a concert I was going to. We ordered two dresses on December 27,2018. Paid a total of US$59.03. The items we received nearly a month later were TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the photos on their site. They were made from very poor-quality material and the workmanship was indescribably poor. Awful. 5-year old kids would have sewn them better.
We complained and were instructed to return the dresses, which we did almost immediately in late January. (They do indeed have a lot of nasty conditions as regards the return.) After numerous inquiries via email, they confirmed receipt of returned items and assured us that a refund of just US$49.90 would be issued in about "15 to 20 days".
It has been over a month now (end of February 2019) and no refund has been received yet. We have sent numerous angry emails demanding that they refund our payment but to no avail.
Repeat: Berrylook are dishonest cheaters, scammers, and thieves.
They have to be shut down and sent to jail.
We have already referred the case to the Los Angeles Police Department.

I ordered several coats from this site the beginning of February spending over $200 which was a great deal after looking online on what they were advertising and three weeks later nothing! So I Decided to just spend the extra money and purchase dress coats from Macy's. I contacted my PayPal and put in a dispute claim for a refund on my orders. I was able to get all my money back except for one item that had been shipped and I still haven't received it and they claim they shipped it out two weeks ago so I think I'm just going to be out the $27+ for a coat that probably doesn't even fit after looking at these reviews. Buyer beware do not waste your money! False advertisement!
