These guys have no problem taking your money immediately. Now, if you want a refund, you are on your own. I finally was able to get my refund through my credit card company. The pictures of the products do not match what you receive. The quality of merchandise is extremely sub par. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. It is very hard o contact them and you can not even call to speak with a human. Also, it looks like many of the positive reviews are FAKE. One reviewer mentioned he buys appliances. They don't sell appliances. Lastly, even if you get something you are satisfied with, you will have to wait a loooong time to receive it.
First order placed for shoes, processed, dispatched and received with no issue. Second & third orders placed a month ago and I've been given EVERY excuse as to why my third order hasn't even been processed and why my second order which dispatched a month ago is STILL not valid numbers on tracking system! Oh and now asking me yo wait yet ANOTHER week and my order will processed AGAIN and dispatched AGAIN! Just refund my money SCAMMERS!

I was checking out the Berrylook site and wanted to be aure it was real. Found these reviews and decided not to chance it. But I wondered about the validity of the 5 star reviews after reading how awful their products and return policies were. Did a Google image reverse look-up to find that the image of Glismar A. Came from an online news article of 35 streets walkers who had been arrested. The image of Rosi D. Came from a site with Cubanas la rostros de mujeres (Cuban women's faces). I didn't need to research any further. Just know that if you see a good review, it may be a fake one created by Berrlook to fool us. Let the buyer beware.

DO NOT be cheated by Berrylook! Firstly, the products are NOTHING like displayed online. Not even anywhere near. Quality is horrendous, some zips are even on the inside. Threads everywhere, material is very thin and not wearable. Secondly, even after I told them that I want to return and refund, they said NO, and denied being such irresponsible seller. ON TOP of that, they didn't send me few items, and did not even refund my money that I have paid for those items that I never received. This is over 6 months now. After many many mails, they finally agreed to refund the money i paid for items not received (mind you, not even for the un-usable items received that I said I wanted to return to them). This promise of refund was in Sept, and up to today I have NOT received the refund at all. Wrote to them again early Feb, and they said will be done by 10 Feb, but it is again all LIES. Today is 18 Feb, no refunds. DO NOT BE CHEATED BY SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. I have no idea how one could sleep at night running such business, cheating money from poor innocent consumers, those who worked hard for our money, but just this Berrylook simply happily take the money from us

I ordered a "coat" from them and it was worse than a flannel bathrobe! The material was nothing like wool and was like lightweight summer pajamas. As soon as I tried to unsnap the one snap it immediately attached to the other side and ripped off. Additionally, I was trying to retrieve the discount for first-time buyers and it never gave me the code. Their stuff looks great but buyer beware! I can't even imagine how cheesy the dresses are! Not sure how they get the pictures to look so good. Also not certain how they get ANY return customers in the U.S. They are also closed for like 10 days over the Chinese New Year.

I ordered winter clothes a loooooong time ago so that I can wear it during winter. They NEVER sent it to me. I emailed them to complain, but they keep telling me "please be patient." Excuse me? Sent me wrong sizes and they wouldn't want to exchange them. Instead they said they would refund less than half of the cost of the items and i keep the items. It had been over 2 months n Still NO REFUND! They keep saying to give them more time.

They are robish they dont cost 1 cent together. I ordered before i read reviwes. I got them in 2 week. All of them are like hallowin costeum. They are not party dress and they are not wearble. I dont know how the sociall mediaes like facebook let them to advertise all their fake clothes.

Ordered items December 23,2018. Cancelled order 3 hours later as I changed my mind. They still took my $89 and won't return it. First few emails from them kept saying they were going to go ahead and ship order and I could return it if I didn't like it. I told them no and to return my money immediately. On December 25,2018, they finally said they would return my money in 8-10 days. It's now February 6,2019, and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
