I bought few dresses and shirts, everything is to small and looks nothing like the pictures on the weeb side. There is no return adreess and no one is responding for email. JOKE! And FRAUD! Avoid ordering anything from that company, save yourself time and money.

I ordered a dress and 2 pair of winter boots. The dress was made of cheap satin like fabric, the web page said it was polyester and it appeared to be a fairly heavy weigh fabric. Wrong, I would not were this garment to the dog pound.
The boots I ordered in the same size, however they do not fit the same. One pair is smaller than the other, the rubber heels are hallow and when standing on one foot the heel collapses.
I contacted BerryLook to return the items. They want me to take pictures of said items and send it to them. If they approve the reason and the garments look wrong they will give me an address to return things. The items are new and never worn, but they still can not except that. There is not address on the website for returns, you just wait until your return is approved or not.
Do not buy from BerryLook the clothing is cheap, the cheapest. It may look good on the website, but do not buy it.

Not all stores offer adequate prices, most offer high prices, in clothes that cost less in other places and the quality is the same. The good thing about this store is that apart from having good prices, the clothes are of good quality and it is great when you can find these two things, quality and good prices. To me in particular I do not let myself go by a specific brand, I check well that the product is not bad before buying it, I do not buy to buy.

The clothing quality, delivery time and customer service at Berrylook are all AWFUL. I tried to get a refund for over 5 months with no avail. USPS return charges are over $58 to ship 5 items back to China. Save your money and your time, I wish I had!

I ordered one item in June of 2018 and one in July of 2018. Neither ever arrived. Beginning in September they began saying via email that I would be getting a refund. It is now January and I still have no product and no refund. They do respond via email but it's akways the same message of "you wait patiently". Do NOT make purchases from this company!

This company is a fraud. It took nearly two months for the clothes to arrive. The clothes were very poor quality. The return was a nightmare--they don't provide a return label, and they couldn't track the return and refused to refund despite valid shipping receipt. AVOID! Waste of money, time and energy.

JOKE and DISGUSTING doesn't even begin... I still haven't received my order - 29 days later - but must say after reading here, I shouldn't expect much. First of all, you CANNOT contact customer service without a "cache" which is harder to get than a visit from the Easter bunny! You cannot respond to their emails - you must start over through their crappy system. I keep getting the "don't worry, it's on the way" response. Well I'm not worried, I'm PISSED... I've already disputed the charge. Since it's not here today (1/30) and their New Year begins tomorrow and they'll be closed for 10 days! Run away... don't order... this isn't good!

Things are terribly bad quality it's trash I can't even use it or put it on my body
It's materials that can't be used to make clothes and smaller sizes than what I saw on the website things took forever to come and they didn't send emails telling me were is my order or that I've received and not enough information on how to return things there is no tag on the things to tell you its material or how to clean it

A bunch of wasters, rubbish garments not fit for purpose, bad service even thought they admit reciept of returned garments they are using all sorts of tactics to avoid settling up. I am reporting this company to the DTI for our protection. They have absolutely no integrity at all. The garments had odd sized sleeves, were manufactured with faults wrong sized even though sized using their own charts. Don't touch with a bargepole. I suspect they will have a new look and new name in the very near future!

I have ordered 2 coats and 1 blouse which I received after 3 months. They are JUNK, cheap material, horrible cut, simply unwearable. The products are totally different from what they show on the website.
Beware the good reviews, these are fake and made specially to deceive.
I asked for a refund andreceived 2 addresses to send back the items, one in China and one in the USA.

Bought a long sleeve midi length shift dress in sale. Size 16 fitted me, however the length was no where near my knees (I'm 5'5" tall) it didn't even cover my buttocks. Because I only paid 8.64 in the sale I'll keep it as a t-shirt. I would be very angry if I'd paid the full price (I got an 80% discount). Will never buy from them again and it's put me off Chinese Manufacturers.

The reviews on their website are all 5 star so that should have been a red flag to me that they were fake, I ordered a fleece jacket. Picture on site made it look thick and really cute. Got it and it is a piece of junk. Cost to much to bother to return so I'm stuck with this thin fleece jacket with really poor quality, Front part of jacket where it buttons is not sewn straight and is puckered. Basically just really disappointing, I'm actually thinking of removing the buttons and letting my dog use it as a blanket in his kennel.

Very poor quality, very poor fit. Late delivery. Extremely poor sewing!. I might be able to re-sew for one possible wearing before the fabric falls apart. No hope of return - not worth the hassle of dealing with Hong Kong, as I found out when it was late. Nobody should spend their money at this business.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this shop. I've ordered a dress and paid for a delivery within 14 days and received it only in 1,5 month. The dress is completely different from the one I've ordered(please see attached the details), the quality is very poor, the fabric is chip, even the color is not that black :( I've contacted their support but never received any reply from them. I was having a problem with the size of the purchase. It was beautiful but the wrong size was ordered mistakenly. So, I had to return it. I am not healthy so it was a bigger size for me.
