Hey took my money. It took over a month for the items to reach America. They items were pure crap. Berrylook wanted me to take a half payment or send the items back at my expense. I complained to PayPal and they didn't help me get my money back. Pure crap. If I had known the items were coming from China, I wouldn't have bought them. Shame on PayPal for not supporting an American consumer. If it is not stated where the items come from, I. E. China, don't buy it. It's a rip off.
I ordered my items hoping to get them for an event, and they came right on time! I was so pleased with the fast and reliable service, and I looked amazing, they fit perfectly. I definitely stole the show.

Do not buy at Berry look pls. Dont waste you money, i ordered 5 jackets, none of them fit me... run very small, also, they dont provide a e-mail or contact in case to return- NO label return, Fabric quality es very poor. I contact them, they reply after 2 week, cuz i want to return my order, i was told to give as a gift to somebody else. Beacause i have to pay around $200.00 to return to China. I lost my money...

I ORDERED FROM THEM AND LUCKILY I CANCELLED THE ORDER. THEY CHARGED MY CARD INSTANTLY AND SAID THEY WILL REFUND MY CARD IN 3 WEEKS. I WAITED 3 WEEKS THEN THEY SAID TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK. I THEN REALIZED THEY WERE SCAMMING ME. I WENT AHEAD A DID A CHARGE-BACK.

Terrible experience with this company and I will not be buying again.
I brought an item which was too small due to the size difference between UK sizes and China sizes.
I was given a return slip with my order which I put on the package and shipped back in hopes of a larger size.
I have been informed by the company that the return slip which was supplied by them is wrong.
Before returning I looked on their returns and exchange page which did not supply an address.
Due to their incompetence I am now not being given an exchange for an item.
They are trying to put the blame on me by saying I put the wrong address down which was supplied by them on the return slip!
I advise you not to buy from these people.
Not only that I paid for delivery which said it would take a week and it took a month to arrive!

Would highly recommend. Prices are decent and ethical. Will generally happily honor expired sales earlier in the year to keep business. Been purchasing appliances from them for years and enjoy the quality of their products. They'll happily swap out the old ones and take them with them at generally no cost. They treat all their customers the same. Whether you're purchasing a small $30 purchase for vacuum bags or a high end purchase. All are welcome. Never had a bad customer service experience. Even the delivery drivers are polite and professional. Recommended.

I was having problem with the size of purchase. It was beautiful but the wrong size was ordered mistakenly. So, I had to return it. I am not healthy so it was a bigger size for me. I was worried, I contacted customer support of Berrylook. I was amazed to see such great response. They asked me to return this one and we will send you the correct sized dress without any additional cost. It was great!

I purchased items over $400 on this site (what was I thinking!) back in Sept 2017 and ended up returning half of the products for their crappy quality in Nov 2017. As of today (Jan 2019), I have not received a single dollar back to me for the refund. I've written many times for the refund request, but each time I get the same response saying it is being processed without any detailed info as to when. This is by far my worst return experience. I will never spend a dime in this horrible chinese company.

I ordered two pairs of boots and a coat from Berrylook. The items that I received barely resemble the items pictured on their website. Now I am having a problem with customer service regarding returning the merchandise.
Update: I sent the items back. Paid 40 to do it. Tracked it. Customer service says they never received my return and would not refund my money.
This place is a total scam! I need to emphasize that the items that I received were nothing like the items pictured on their website. Do not order from Berrylook. The positive reviews are most likely submitted by Berrylook employees.

I ordered multiple items from Berrylook. All of them were cheaply made, and incorrectly sized, so I returned them. THe instructions state that you cannot mail the returns via any expedited service, but you must mail them back with a tracking number. I did that, and now it has been three and a half months and I have not received a refund! I have e-mailed repeatedly and they just keep stating that their refund policy is slow. Three and a half months and nothing! In addition, to send these items back to China with a tracking number cost me $75! That, and they refuse to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM!

I saw the adverts for what appeared to be amazingly good value quality clothes, online. I ordered 6 items and 5 received, not sure what happened to 6th item no explanation?. What was extraordinary is that the items were so far from the online pictures. It took me time to recognise them as the quality was so poor and a complete misrepresentation of the goods advertised and received. The quality of products is totally awful and unacceptabe. The products in pictures and in reality differ a lot. The measurments also differ (compared to what is written). The delivery took more than a month despite it is written it should take about 6-8 business days. When asked for refund they sent quite a list of requirements. Total nonsense.

Berrylook sold me a top for £26 +
It was miss-sized unfinished and unraveling the hem was uneven and the seams ridged and badly finished.
The neck was too small to go over my head. The garment is only fit for the trash.
I was offered a refund of half minus postage. I felt this was unreasonable and raised a claim via pay pal. They investigated further and I got all my money back.
I have since found i am not the only one with a complaint about this company.
Save yourself money, hassle and dissapointment don't buy.
