I was charged 60$ more than the actual price on the website and I was not informed that my itinerary has only one checked in baggage (1 x 23 kgs). Also, they try to make you pay 10% of the ticket price, if you opt for it or you don't, you get the same customer service. I will never book a ticket with them again.

I booked a ticket through their agent and I was told to buy travel care which will cover processing as well as any penalty and only fair difference I've to pay in case I need to change the dates.So I bought the ticket and paid for Travel care with extra 10% of ticket cost. Now I've to change my dates and they are asking me to pay penalty, so its a total lie and sales gimmick they are running to fool the customer. Infact they provide option to pay the fee through their website link and if you also force to pay some money to sales rep on their service, there is no option to avoid that payment. SInce 3-4 days I've sent so many emails, watsapp messages and calls but they are adamant on penalty fee and also fair difference if we compare with otherairline is almost less than previous ticket fare but still asking to pay extra $80 as fair difference and reason explained is that their system shows higher price even though on other travel site same date, flight has less value ticket. So overall I had really bad and frustrating exp with ASAP ticket company. So be aware guys!

I don't recommend this company to anyone I don't want others to fall in the trap as I did missy company after they get your money u can't do anything regarding ur ticket unless u let the main airline took over them and do the changes u want off course u have to pay them too
