My agent, Saransh, was AWESOME! He worked tirelessly to meet my MANY needs as I am disabled. He was professional, kind, patient & thorough.
My only reason for only giving 4 stars on my shopping experience has nothing to do with the agent. Saransh did everything right, but the airline, Allegiant Air, canceled my tickets due to a "server outage".
Saranash had to research all over again to find another round trip flight that met my many needs. So he actually did TWICE the work, over 2 days, all for 1 round trip flight, all while remaining patient & pleasant as well as apologetic for my inconvenience.
I will DEFINITELY recommend him as well as use HIS services the next time I travel. I have absolutely NO negative comments to make towards the agent! TY SARANASH!
