I specifically requested my return date from Sydney to be April 2nd since I had important business to take care of. Firstly my flight was booked to return from Auckland and not Sydney as clearly requested. When attempting to correct this error, there were no return seats available unless I was prepared to pay $1200 for the change.This is more than the price I paid. Anyway without my approval or consent my return date was changed to March 30th. My cruise is ending on March 28th & I might not have sufficient tine to find my business. Except for this blunder, the agent was courteous, helpful and polite. Had it not been fir this gross error, I would've rated him 5 stars.

My agent Apple was very patient, professional and thorough in trying to find the best price to fit my itinerary.
She assured me the price was not basic economy but economy. However unfortunately after I paid for the ticket I received an email from United Airlines stating that what my agent booked for me was basic economy and letting me know the disadvantages and if I wanted to upgrade.
Obviously I was very disappointed and surprised.
I emailed my agent and waiting for her to clarify and correct the matter. I am hoping she will resolve this matter ASAP especially since the name of the company is asaptickets.
I still have not received a response by email I just called and

Update: Iam now downgrading my experience from 3 to 2 stars
It's 7pm I still have not received a response to my email 1am this morning. I just called the direct number my agent gave me to reach her no answer left a message. I spoke with the supervisor Huxley 3 days ago who thought basic economy was the same as economy and told me to call the airlines. I called United and they clarified that was not true the supervisor told me that my agent Apple would call me when she came back to work Friday which is today still no call from my Agent. Iam very disappointed and unsatisfied with ASAPtickets so far they are not conducting their business in harmony with their name.

All 3 agents I encountered were easy to talk to despite accents.
All three tried to accommodate my concerns and solved it.
