Todo empezo muy bien con el agente, pero despues se volvio una verdadera pesadilla, vuelos que no pedi, me pusieron de main cabin a basic solo porque si, horarios que no queria aun habiendo explicado al agente mi situacion, total termine cancelando todo y lo unico positivo es que me devolvieron el dinero en el tiempo establecido y el agente siempre fue amable hasta que cancele, me ignoro por completo despues de eso, pero bueno esa fue mi experiencia.

I spent a lot of time looking online for plane tickets for Philippines but I gave up and called Asap which I have done in the past also,and they always find me a good ticket without so much spending time at the airport. I love Asap and will do again in the future (sherif is awesome he's patience with me because my iPad happen to be acting up at the time but he stick with me patiently

I book a flight ticket and the agent pick the wrong date on purpose when he email the ticket I notice the date was wrong I called him on the same day he said he will change. After that I keeping calling him no answer the phone. And I email him he say he is working on it, after he was trying to charging me 400 dollar to fix the date which he $#*! up on purpose and also he charged me 109 dollar for flight protection. Flight protection waste of money dint do me any good. The agent name is Kingsley please don't book any flight ticket with Asap it's a scammer and they took my money
