I booked a flight and wanted to void it since it wasn't don correctly. Started the process two hours after booking. That was 19 hours ago. I have talked to "EIGHT" people so far. Everyone of them are giving me the run around. They are trying to force me to but the ticket instead of cancel it and doing it from scratch properly. Each one of the put me on hold for over 15 min. Gave me the same excuse over and over again. The booking agent is not to be found anywhere since yesterday. Kept promising that each one of them will send an email to her and the supervisor, then they will contact me in 30 min... It has been going on like that since yesterday. I am assuming they are making sure that 24 hours to hit so they can tell me it is too late. Also all of a sudden they can't have talking to their supervisors because, either they do not know their numbers or just they are not available. It is about to hit 24 hours in 15 min and the supervisor will call in 15 min too. I am guessing I will come back and update the bad news. In fact I will post the recording of the conversations below.

Noor was probably the sweetest and most kind representative I have ever spoken too. I am a Food and beverage manager for one of the largest Spirts entertainment companies in the world. I travel alot from venue to venue to assist in their operations. Her level of service was outstanding. Well understood and patient with me. I was very pleased to talk with her and for her to assist me with my travel plans. Im looking forward to my vacation in the philippines and even to my next trip there. Thank you for havibg suce a talented and kind person working for you. She deserves a bonus a raise and a promotion. Her quality is exemplary.

Do not use ASAP tickets. I can't stress this enough. The agent did not disclose the transferability restrictions of ticket, which has caused considerable stress and financial consequences for me. To top that off, I have been working tirelessly for three days to get help from someone in Customer "Service" to resolve the issue and I have been given the runaround. No one will answer even the simplest, most general questions on the phone for me. Instead, they keep telling me my case has been sent to a special department and someone will get back to me. I received an email from someone who is apparently in that department. I sent him two (very polite) replies and he never even bothered to answer my replies. I then got an email from someone else the next day, apparently also in that department. I sent her/him two replies as well; and again, no reply. I just called Customer "Service" yet again and fully explained the situation and demanded that my questions be answered and my ticket cancellation or transfer be handled now, over the phone, and again, was told someone would be getting back to me. If you do buy a ticket through this shady company, God forbid you should need to make any changes to your travel plans. Something else they don't tell you until you are at the very end of your purchase -- you are literally required to tip your booking agent or you can't proceed to finalizing your ticket purchase. You can't skip the tip box. The best you can do is drop the tip down to $1; but you can't really do that because you are on the phone at the time with the booking agent who is basically begging for your tip. I gave my agent $15, and of course, I know now that she left out an essential bit of information that is costing me dearly.
