Ordered my antenna January 1st was told April 4th it would be sent out now I got told June 6th I recommend do not order from this company I do not recommend this company ever or to anyone out there and I hope I get my money back
Well the title speaks for its self. The customer service here was horrible. The guy literally laughed at me when I told him to read the item description. I wanted a full refund for the Spec-D seat brackets I ordered for my 99 mustang which states in the item description " no modifications needed" well that was not true. In order to use these brackets with the seat slider brackets that came with the seats I would have to drill new holes to mount them. They wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee for the return of the brackets. Needless to say I was not happy and they new it. They do not stand by the products or their descriptions of the products and tried to make the customer feel stupid. Bottom Line I do not recommend this company to anyone.
I purchased a body kit for my son's car. They took over 4 months to actually get it to us and then the parts were damaged. They will not compensate or replace the parts even though I have sent them proof of the damage. Now I have to pay the shop who is installing a BRAND NEW body kit to repair the BRAND NEW parts.
They try and sell you products on their site that they don't carry anymore and charge you for it until you request a refund and when they say they are refunding you it takes a long time it's been over a month and still haven't seen mine. Will never buy from them again
Andy's Auto Sport was very professional and very efficient in helping me out with my order even going the extra mile to send me an invoice to show customs that my order was for four shocks as one price and not the four shocks as individually priced as they had tried to charge me which enabled my order to be processed at it's correct cost! Nice material but a little hard to install and very timeconsuming. Now that it is done it looks nice.
Ordered a part in October. It's now Jan 1st and STILL no part. I understand time frames and blah blah but 2+ months and going. Come on man.
I ordered headlights for my car in early October and still had never received them by December. It's not okay to be selling stock that you can't get.
Andy's customer service was fine but the product that came from Extreme dimension was terrible. It was disappointing that Andy's stood by the product. It was a learning lesson for sure.
I was very disapointed in the quality of workmanship, i could hav made the exact same thing at home, a bit of tin with a few folds, and it looks like they used a brickie"s chisel to add beeds in the floor pans, i was expecting the same cotour and shape and abeed roller finsh on the floor pans, i would not recomend or use again
Waited n waited n they would say it should b coming n never did it keep getting pushed back longer so I finual said. I asked for my money back but only got back what the item cast. I paid tax n shipping but didn't get that back wow cheap place!
Poor build quality Doug Thorley headers with poor welds and poor customer service. Not happy. Had to take my headers to a weld shop to correct them. Cheaper than dealing with return fees and shipping
Crappy workmanship on the body parts. Looked like a 10 year old molded them. But took so long to get to me. I tried to make them work. Never get from there again
I got what I ordered. Just it took a long time and lack of communication I was very happy
Ordered replacement driver's seat and universal bracket. Neither fit my vehicle, and it wasn't even close. Driver's seat had recline on wrong side for my vehicle; it was too large to fit anyway. Bracket was for a flat floor, my Jeep model has a ridge; totally incompatible. Andy's Auto Sport sent an email saying that their vendor said it should fit and they've been selling them for 15-20 years. No refunds, no returns.

Even though the parts ordered were delayed, customer service was very up front and communicated well throughout the process. Parts were as expected when received.

Answer: We're working to get better all the time. We still have a portion of our staff that works in an overseas call center, but they certainly speak English. We're always trying to stay light and positive with customers, even when the things go wrong. It's tough because for many car enthusiasts, their car is their baby, and things can get heated if anything goes wrong with an order (like a delay, etc). We do the best we can to stay calm even when customer emotions are running high and just keep the lines of communication open and go one step at a time if anything goes wrong. The huge majority of orders ship out right away with no issues before or after shipment, but sometimes things don't go perfectly and we work hard to get those situations resolved. Hope that helps!
Answer: It depends on the exact Carbon Creations products you're referring to. If you're referring to a hood for example, yeah that typically is a very easy installation, especially if your car has never been in a wreck. It's just unbolting the old hood and bolting in the new one. For body kit panels, those can be a much tougher install. Answer: Richard, we called Gude a couple times today and didn't get an answer. Gude is a small niche manufacturer, and most of the time they're back in the shop doing the actual manufacturing. So it sometimes can be hard to get customer support on that line. That said, I did find out this: that package increases stock horsepower (155HP) to above 190HP. And it increase the torque by about 7% based on dyno tests. I know that doesn't answer your question about how the gains are distributed through the RPM band though. If I get any other updates, I'll let you know.

Hi David! Yeah with coronavirus, there are lots of manufacturers who are totally messed up on production times. NRG, who makes the steering wheel you ordered, is a perfect example. What makes it worse is sometimes they can't even predict definitively how long it will take to make stuff because things are so hairy with the covid situation (in terms of staffing and in terms of materials supply). Very sorry you waited so long and still hadn't seen the part by the time you canceled!
As far as not being refunded in full, that's absolutely not true. You were not charged shipping or sales tax. That NRG steering wheel has free shipping on it. And you live out of our state and are not responsible for sales tax for this particular order. We never charged you sales tax or shipping. You were refunded exactly what you were charged: $149.99.
