Shipping to a fairly long time, and I was billed immediately. Good product, pretty easy to install.
There was no hassle at all when ordering parts for my car
I bought a louver for my Firebird.
Answered all my questions quickly prior to purchase.
Great price
Fast Shipping
Item came exactly as described
Very happy and satisfied
Would do business with again!
Placed an order for headlights for my daughter's car, it had a long lag time of over a month before it would ship. That date came and went without any notification, waited three weeks and called only to be told it would be another week before it would ship. That too has come and gone and still no product. If my order ever does get here I hope it's worth the wait.
Still waiting on my order but im excited to get it and put it on my car
Good people, I totally forgot to change my shop address they didn't send my part because they thought it was a scam until I told them it was my shop. In my eyes that means a lot
Product arrived damaged and they keep going in circles. Sending me the same email asking for pictures. I have sent pictures. The box was perfect. It honestly looked as if the product was damaged prior to wrapping for shipping. And now we are going to have to pay to get them fixed by a shop because they are refusing to help me rectify the situation. I read reviews. I warned my husband about the reviews and here we are. Ugh!
Was disapointed in the shipping time and hope to get it when it says exactly... i understand there is a waiting process but im sure no customer including myself doesnt wanna wait months on end for the product only to be told the exact date after the purchase is made...
It's been 3 months almost and my order still hasn't shipped out it was a little Nrg shift nob I've been waiting for no email not anything I've heard back from the company
Received a set of headlight assemblies that were defective. Trying to initiate a return as well as receive a refund was a giant pain. I had to contact customer service multiple times, they dragged their feet on each occasion no doubt hoping I would eventually forget about the entire thing. I'll shop somewhere else next time.
Ordered a hood in June have been waiting for it. Was suppose to be delivered at the end of October. Instead got an email saying it was on back order. Replied by emailing back right away only to get message saying could not deliver to domain. Tried to call only to get no response DURING business hours after multiple times of trying to call to no avail. Tried emailing them again so let's see if they actually respond in a timely manner... doubtful I think they have serious problems and are going out of business...
Hi Marc, yeah I can understand why you're dissatisfied with the experience!
As far as the wait time, with this covid stuff, the supply chain pipelines around the world are all messed up. The brand you ordered, Key Parts, is not the only brand with this issue. Tons of brands have this problem. For a while a lot of manufacturers were giving us estimated time frames, and then many of them realized that they actually just didn't know when the parts were coming because there was so little control over the supply chain issue. They simply can't say for sure when the hood will be ready. If that doesn't work for you, that's totally ok and we can issue a full refund immediately.
As far as the the email bouncing back -- you emailed a "no reply" email address. We don't monitor that email address for customer correspondences. As far as the phones not getting picked up, our phones were down all day yesterday, Thursday, due to flooding in the area where our call center staff is: https://www.google.com/search?q=chennai+floods&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS761US761&oq=chennai+floods&aqs=chrome..69i57j0i3j0i131i433i512j0i512l7.1760j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
So you happened to call us on the day when there was a natural disaster that prevented us from answering the phones. We are not going out of business -- I've been running the company for just over 20 years.
I just checked and my co-worker says he emailed you this morning. If you want to cancel the order, just let us know. If you want to wait, then as soon as we have a firm update, we'll let you know. Thanks for your feedback.

Customer service wasn't bad, but could have been better. Had an issue with a headlight that wasn't coming in for 5 months. I had to contact them twice to find that out.
They were very prompt on returning my money once I told them to cancel the order.
Supply chain problems around the world probably contributed to this issue.
So I ordered a pair of fenders for my mr2. They took 4-6 weeks to come in the mail... no big deal. When they arrived one was completely destroyed. So I emailed Andy's auto sports hours after I recieved the package to complain bc it was destroyed and they dont match stock fenders so I was at a complete loss of what cost me more than a weeks worth of wages. I supplied pictures and a very detailed email. Whomever I emailed, took days to get back to me. Once they did get back to me they told me I was wrong and there was nothing they could do( in the end I did get my money back).
These are the absolute worst things I've ever seen produced from fiberglass. Who ever made these has absolutely no right handling resin or fiberglass nor selling these for the price they are asking. Luckily I cant use these, but if i could i would be at risk of replacing these bc the wind would break them. They are poorly layed up and are 2mm thick. Hail would legitimately destroy these, put holes right though them. Fiberglass parts at a minimum to offer and real sturdy support need to be a minimum of 5mm. On the inside there is loose fibers not rolled flat while being layed up. These are awful products.
Next problem, was how they were shipped, from china, to usa, then to Canada. They make a cardboard box by stapling two parts boxes together. Then the place your parts in the box so they are bouncing off each other. They put one little bit of bubble wrap to attempt the parts from being destroyed... fail! I will never ever ever purchase anything from these guys again... ever!
I've ordered from Andy's several time over the years and have never been disappointed. From selection to cost to shipping time it's always a good choice to buy from there. I used their site to get parts for multiple cars and it's always a great experience. Their ease of use and communication is amazing.
They try to sell items they don't have… bought a hood on 4/19/21, one excuse after the other why it hadn't shipped yet. It's now august 21. Nothing… asked for a refund and they refuse to refund the money. This place is a scam. Do not waste your money with them.
Hi Michael, you have definitely been waiting an extremely long time for your order! Things are unfortunately really backed up due to covid (so many orders exploded in with all the stimulus checks, and manufacturers are struggling big time to keep up). I've never seen anything like this in the industry and I've been working here just over 20 years. Not only are manufacturers like Harwood backed up, but many can't even give us realistic timelines for when items will ship out.
We still continue to sell special order items (parts that are not in stock) because many people want them. Many items are only available on a special order basis.
I see the email where you requested a refund. We definitely did not refuse to give it to you. We communicated that we would make sure that Harwood did not ship it out first before refunding you. At this point, the refund has already been completed.
We are truly sorry for the hassle! I agree that this was not a good experience for you, and I truly wish it had turned out differently.
After purchasing items I was notified promptly and payment was pulled... after some time one of my items was apparently on back order and canceled as no product was available after a lengthy wait was finally refunded for canceled part... communication was minimal at best so might order from again but as a last option
Item arrived quickly and the install was easy. Thank you
Purchased a full body kit for a 91 mr2, the kit is poorly made, took a lot to make it fit and look good, the rockers didn't fit at all, but cost to much to ship back, just trashed that idea.the shipping is more than the kit is worth,
Answer: Yep, you sure can. Our site has a technical issue yesterday, but it's resolved now and you are welcome to access it again any time.
Answer: We're working to get better all the time. We still have a portion of our staff that works in an overseas call center, but they certainly speak English. We're always trying to stay light and positive with customers, even when the things go wrong. It's tough because for many car enthusiasts, their car is their baby, and things can get heated if anything goes wrong with an order (like a delay, etc). We do the best we can to stay calm even when customer emotions are running high and just keep the lines of communication open and go one step at a time if anything goes wrong. The huge majority of orders ship out right away with no issues before or after shipment, but sometimes things don't go perfectly and we work hard to get those situations resolved. Hope that helps!
Answer: It depends on the exact Carbon Creations products you're referring to. If you're referring to a hood for example, yeah that typically is a very easy installation, especially if your car has never been in a wreck. It's just unbolting the old hood and bolting in the new one. For body kit panels, those can be a much tougher install. Let me know which part specifically you're referring to if you need more detailed feedback. Thanks!
Answer: It depends on exactly what is being shipped, but yes we definitely ship using UPS within the USA regularly.
Answer: No we do not, but we do have coupons throughout our website that will instantly apply in your cart if you are signed in when you place your order. Hope that helps!
Answer: Richard, we called Gude a couple times today and didn't get an answer. Gude is a small niche manufacturer, and most of the time they're back in the shop doing the actual manufacturing. So it sometimes can be hard to get customer support on that line. That said, I did find out this: that package increases stock horsepower (155HP) to above 190HP. And it increase the torque by about 7% based on dyno tests. I know that doesn't answer your question about how the gains are distributed through the RPM band though. If I get any other updates, I'll let you know.
Answer: You should not be worried! I've been working here 16 years, and we've fulfilled hundreds of thousands of orders during that span. We'll get your order right, or else we'll refund you in full. I promise. What is your order number (or the name on your order)? I can look it up now and give you an update. You're also welcome to email me at [email protected] if you want to keep the order details in a private message.
Andy's Auto Sport is an online retailer of performance car parts. What distinguishes Andy's from the rest is how far we go out of our way to educate customers about the products we sell.
We publish custom buyer's guides and how-to articles on our website. In addition, for most manufacturers we've written up "the inside scoop" about them so that customers can more easily make a buying decision. On top of all that, we have our own video studio where we produce our exclusive video series, Andy's Auto Sport TV, that shows customers how various performance parts work as well as how to install them.
When you're modifying your car or truck, it can be tricky to figure out which mod will get you the most power or which brand to go with. Our biggest fans tell us that those tough buying decisions become easy when shopping on our website because we have such an abundance of educational material.
Our most popular-selling products include intakes, exhaust systems, body kits, and hoods.

Hi Memphis, thanks for your feedback. We emailed you right after you placed the order and let you know that this item was on backorder with the manufacturer. At that time we said that they were telling us to expect it to arrive in the middle of December. It is now the middle of December, but they still don't have the product in. I'm not sure if you've seen it in the news, but all the ports have enormous backlogs for incoming freight. This product is made overseas and it's coming in on a ocean freight carrier, and due to the traffic jam at the ports, there is literally no way to be sure when the product will be in. This isn't just affecting your order or just affecting the car parts industry. This is affecting the entire United States economy. It's a major global issue that is caused by the pandemic. We mentioned in that original email that this sort of uncertainty was surrounding any out-of-stock orders.
We can truly understand your frustration. We wish there was something more we could do about it! If you would like to cancel your order, it's no problem at all. If you want to wait for the order, please just keep in mind that ultimately we have no way to be sure when exactly it will ship out due to the traffic congestion at the ports that let in overseas cargo. We're thankful for your order and are open to whatever you'd like to do at this point.
