Ordered an carbon fiber hood that was listed on the website, and later received an email stating that the hood I ordered was discontinued but I could buy one that was over twice the price of the one ordered. Ended up settelling for a fiberglass hood that cost more as well. The "discontinued" hood is still on the website.
Louver has wrong contour at top and corners need trimming and does not lay flat against glass.

I ordered a sway bar for my car on 12/05/22 and they said that the delivery date would be 12/10/22so after Christmas and the new year i decided to contact them to see what happened ( this was around 1/05/23 a full month later,,,so i called them up and talked to the representative he said they had an e-mail to the company but wasn't getting a response. I said i would give him another week to find out what they said…so i called back a week later and the same guy answered the phone.he had a very distinct foreign accent …(this was 01/12/23.i asked him again if he heard anything and his response was NO…so i asked him ti cancel my order and his demeanor changed. He got very short with me and said i gave you your money back!BYE! And just hung the phone up like he was mad! Very frustrating seeing i waited almost a month and a half for something they said they could have delivered in 10 days …….i ordered the same part from someone else and they said it could take 8-10 weeks (they were being honest).i ordered the part and it was at my door in about 5 days! I'll. Ever do business with them again! GOOD RIDDENS

Bought a hood from website and after told me they don't carry that hood anymore. So had to spend more money for different hood Was not to happy about that.
Had my order canceled, was given the excuse the part was on back order. However when I contacted the manufacturer they assured me the part was in stock. When I confronted Andy's auto sport I was given a different answers, i got we can't find it in the warehouse, and we can't sell to your state anyway, even though I have purchased from them before. In the end, I got blown off and purchased from a different vendor. Learned a lesson and told myself never again.
I ordered a part that was on the website and in the description it said the part fit my car but when I got the part it didn't I sent the part back and they didn't want to send me my money back it took them a month after I threatened to call the BBB I had to call several times I won't advise anyone to use this site they are a third party site anyway so just order from eBay or carparts.com not this company I almost felt like I was getting scammed
I was only able to get one of the items that I had originally ordered. I did get my money back for the items that were not in stock but it's frustrating not being able to get the items I wanted.
The order has taken 2 months back ordered but I am patiently waiting thanks again for service.
Fast service and great communication no problem at all
The product has cracks in it arrived. As well as when I tired to return my bumper spoilers they were only going to give me $5 out of a $582 purchase that's includes shipping. They also wanted me to pay to get it shipped back.

Answer: We're working to get better all the time. We still have a portion of our staff that works in an overseas call center, but they certainly speak English. We're always trying to stay light and positive with customers, even when the things go wrong. It's tough because for many car enthusiasts, their car is their baby, and things can get heated if anything goes wrong with an order (like a delay, etc). We do the best we can to stay calm even when customer emotions are running high and just keep the lines of communication open and go one step at a time if anything goes wrong. The huge majority of orders ship out right away with no issues before or after shipment, but sometimes things don't go perfectly and we work hard to get those situations resolved. Hope that helps!
Answer: It depends on the exact Carbon Creations products you're referring to. If you're referring to a hood for example, yeah that typically is a very easy installation, especially if your car has never been in a wreck. It's just unbolting the old hood and bolting in the new one. For body kit panels, those can be a much tougher install. Answer: Richard, we called Gude a couple times today and didn't get an answer. Gude is a small niche manufacturer, and most of the time they're back in the shop doing the actual manufacturing. So it sometimes can be hard to get customer support on that line. That said, I did find out this: that package increases stock horsepower (155HP) to above 190HP. And it increase the torque by about 7% based on dyno tests. I know that doesn't answer your question about how the gains are distributed through the RPM band though. If I get any other updates, I'll let you know.

Hi David, with this manufacturer, as with so many others during the pandemic, the supply chain is way backed up. And unfortunately, not only that, but they are having a really hard time identifying time frames for when items will come in. You may have heard about the strikes at the ports -- that type of activity throws a major wrench not only in delivery times, but also in what information we have about when the item will be able to ship out. This issue is not limited just to your product or even the automotive industry.
We're terribly sorry for the long wait and wish there was something we could do to speed it up. We sent emails with time frame updates as we received them from the supplier.
