Took 2 months to receive item. Was not updated on item being back ordered. Had to call Andy's and supplier to get an actual date for shipping
I ordered two spec-d headlights from them. They both looked fine. I put them on the car and the next day they both were cloudy and foggy.So I sent them a email to try and resolve it. Which in response they said return the product. Like yes so I can drive around with no headlights and rack up tickets. After going back and forth they showed nothing. Like they didn't even care. Watch where you buy your parts at. Customer service here is trash.
Andy's has Really Helpful Tech Videos and I Have Always Received My Parts at the Quoted Price and in a Timely Fashion. Thank You All. Mike in Tampa.

I Have Recently Received a Front Strut Tower Support Brace For My 1994 Acura Vigor. It Was Shipped in a Timely Fashion and the Fit was Perfect. Andy's is Number One. Thank You Andy.

Had to order and pay for an extreme dimension body kit. It wasn't frp, was fiberglass, and it was missing 4 grills. Didn't come with any hardware or instructions. Currently waiting on my refund
I ordered an antenna stub from here in May. I got an email saying my order would ship out on 6/9/2020. I never got it so I contacted them the beginning of July and they said due to covid the order was delayed and would ship out on 7/13. It's now 7/31 and I contacted them again. They responded saying my item was out of stock and would now ship out on 8/14. This is ridiculous, I know it's a small part but that shouldn't make a difference. I'm extremely dissatisfied and upset with this company. I'm never ordering anything from here again and I'm getting my money back
Avoid these people. Customer service and support is pathetic. Don't waste you money here, there are lot's of other vendors that want and deserve your business.
Do not under no circumstance purchase anything from this company. If your money is not important to you. Then go ahead and shop with them. It's a major gamble that the item will work. If it doesn't work. You will be out of your hard earned money. Read the reviews online. Stay away!
Avoid using this website / merchant. Order was canceled, and they still went through and processed it. I was billed without them even telling me if the parts were all in stock. When I emailed them for a refund, they told me they would have to wait for their vendor. Been over a week and I still haven't been contacted. Highly WOULDN'T Recommend.
Submitted a price stomp, provided all supporting info. They denied it ever though the competitor was indeed cheaper, I even had proved them wrong. At that point they agreed to "match" the competitor! They absolutely did not honor their promise, lied, and its a very unprofessional company. Will never try them again and suggest you don't either. These are they types of companies that need to leave the market place.
Shipping is horrible from this company along with customer service. If you ask for an update on your order expect to hear back from them a couple of days later or expect to hear that they will reach out to their vendor. Not a pleasure to do busy with and will not do busy with them again.
They don't actually have the products they list on their site. The fun part is you don't find that out until after they take your payment. Then they won't refund until they check if their vendor can cancel the order ( even though they know it's on backorder for months).
Too many reputable sites out there; don't waste your time and money with these guys

Hi Benjamin! I see you placed an order for a harness bar on December 12,2017, and we shipped it out with Fedex the next day. Where did we go wrong? Am I looking at the wrong order?
Place a order on a wing, haven't received anything telling me my order has gone through and money is still in my account? Is it because of this virus, surely they can still get back to you?
Poor $#*!! Customer service my order******* has been returned they sent wrong $#*!ing parts on Dec 23 2019 i send part back they took 2 weeks to send new parts then wrong tracking number 1Z************** in which UPS Never heard of an i still dont have my lowering kit!

Your review makes it sounds like we did something wrong by sending you that first part, but we simply sent what you ordered online. My bumper dose not in any way line up with my hood, I was told it's not installed properly and my hood which has never been touched was not installed right either. Now I'm stuck with a 2 inch gap and andys doesn't care. {They got paid.} and don't care anymore.
Although the hood in general was ok, the finishing on the front leading edge was terrible, quality control could be much better. I understand the hood would require some tweaking and preparation before paint, but it's going to br tough to get uniform gap when hood closed
The fender flare kit p/n ******* that was purchased at Andy's Auto Sports but made by Extreme Dimensions are poor quality told to me by my body shop person as well as seeing for myself. They are beating around the bush as I am wanting a full refund for this crappy merchandise that I purchased...
It's been a year or so since purchasing my headlights through Andy's and I have to say that I am happy doing business with them. The last purchase I made was my second one and they didn't disappoint me. They are helpful and purchasing is secure through them. They have my business.

Answer: We're working to get better all the time. We still have a portion of our staff that works in an overseas call center, but they certainly speak English. We're always trying to stay light and positive with customers, even when the things go wrong. It's tough because for many car enthusiasts, their car is their baby, and things can get heated if anything goes wrong with an order (like a delay, etc). We do the best we can to stay calm even when customer emotions are running high and just keep the lines of communication open and go one step at a time if anything goes wrong. The huge majority of orders ship out right away with no issues before or after shipment, but sometimes things don't go perfectly and we work hard to get those situations resolved. Hope that helps!
Answer: It depends on the exact Carbon Creations products you're referring to. If you're referring to a hood for example, yeah that typically is a very easy installation, especially if your car has never been in a wreck. It's just unbolting the old hood and bolting in the new one. For body kit panels, those can be a much tougher install. Answer: Richard, we called Gude a couple times today and didn't get an answer. Gude is a small niche manufacturer, and most of the time they're back in the shop doing the actual manufacturing. So it sometimes can be hard to get customer support on that line. That said, I did find out this: that package increases stock horsepower (155HP) to above 190HP. And it increase the torque by about 7% based on dyno tests. I know that doesn't answer your question about how the gains are distributed through the RPM band though. If I get any other updates, I'll let you know.

I reached out to Dustin but haven't yet heard back. I don't know his order number and can't look up his order, so I can't speak to the part itself. If I could look up his order, I could find out why our online product listing led to an inaccurate expectation of what he was going to receive. I can say, though, that fiberglass is frp. His review makes it sound like he is expecting them to be different, but frp stands for "fiberglass reinforced plastic". So it sounds like he got what he ordered, but that it still wasn't what he expected. So there is likely an opportunity for us to improve the product listing on our website. We you Dustin replies to our private message or replies here to let us know the part number ordered or the order number so we can look it up and get it fixed!
