Other reviews echo my shockingly poor experience with this company. The moment you click purchase your flexible cancellation becomes non-refundable. Shady... never got my money back for a hotel I never stayed at.
I booked a reservation, but the offer expired at the moment of the booking and I wasn't made aware of that. I fully expected that I was printing the hotel voucher saying Triple Economy Room, free breakfast and wifi for $512 but the voucher said room only. I then went back to the list of rooms and prices to see the link I clicked and went through to confirm and pay had breakfast removed. I immediately started a chat with a live consultant, posted a link to show the deal I had wanted and thought I had paid was showing as a smart deal but without breakfast as the top deal but that had since changed as well! I was not aware that this site was so dynamic! To be honest, I came there via hotels combined, usually booking through booking.com, where this has never happened, ever before! They were only willing to offer a small $55 refund as compensation and would not honour the deal I had expected I'd paid for. I would never use them again!

The booking was great, the Gainsborough hotel was perfect for our visit, the rooms are small but to be expected in an older building the staff were excellent and the location was great
I booked two hotels at once and got my dates mixed up. Rather the company understanding the situation of a new customer I was told there was no way of rescheduling. I was told i will have to cancel the booking (and lose the money) and re-book the correct dates again. I've rebooked the hotel on another site. Never using amoma again or recommending it. Terrible, terrible service!

This was definitely a really nice 5 star hotel. The Customer Service was excellent. The room was fabulous.
Great place to stay and very conveniently located close to airport. The hotel had a traditional rustic feel with all the modern facilities. Staff are really friendly and help full. Hotel also off an airport shuttle service for those flying in. Great continental breakfast selection and Multiple corse Italian cuisine in the main Restaurant, with moderate portion sizes. Great selection of wines from the regions.
I needed to get accormodation within 24 hours and i got just that and more. I found accommodation at the hilton hotel and i had the best service as well at the hotel and they were only awaiting my arrival and i was late with my checkout time and they gave me that one hour grace which was excellent.
This is the first time I've used the website and ended up with Amoma as the purveyer of our hotel room. Hotel was great and everything met our expectations!
I'm not one to leave reviews but my experience with Amoma was terrible. I regret using their services and will not use them to book services in the future. I followed all guidelines, spoke to several customer service agents, and still had terrible customer service. I recommend using an alternative company.
